A high mobility champion

Imagine a champion, whose abilities were all dashes/movement speed buffs that worked in extremely unique ways, and still deals moderate damage.

It's ultimate could be a long ranged dash that, if hits an enemy, deals a little bit of damage and then causes you to bounce onto every other enemy champ (except for the ones in the fountain obviously) dealing a bit of damage to them as well before bouncing back onto the person you initially hit for bonus damage*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]*
