Batgirl-Inspired Quinn Skin?

I think RITO should try creating a Quinn re-skin inspired by Batgirl ( the cassandra cain version anyways). The skin would feature a black-suited Quinn, a bat companion in replacement of valor, and maybe some animation changes to her w and ult to fit the super hero motif.
