But he can damage soak really well and he has some disruptive power with Haemoplague and the new E channel.

Especially since he was instrumental in Sion's resurrection.

I can't say my opinion is important, but alright.

Gameplay: I fucking hate his liquified guts. His Q is really annoying. He's like that neighbor that goes into your house and takes sugar without asking (and if you're behind a minion wave, it's like you're on the toilet as this happens).

Lore: Seems to be the blood magic expert of the Black Rose and thus instrumental in Sion's reresurrection. Though taking into account Sion's soul furnace, I somewhat think that Vlad's blood magic has some affect on souls. Vlad as a character is showcased as an irredeemable monster but not because of the things he has done. Rather it is because of his lack of desire to redeem himself. He knows he's bad, he left Noxus because he'd get caught if he continued his killing spree. So he's about as neutral evil as you can get in Noxus.

Actually, the first thought I had when reading the teaser was that this sounded a bit similar to Rivens story: Working for Noxus, became disillusioned when she fought against Ionia, and ran away/got thrown into the sea. The Rivenites are forming.....
