Using a 3rd party NON GAMEPLAY AFFECTING program

I use a 3rp party program solely for skins, it features the ones made by riot and some custom skins. The question is is it possible to get banned from these? The application is called Mod Skin LoL or you might find it as pro skin lol, it doesn't feature camp timers, reveal hacks or any other game changing scripts. I use it because i enjoy the variety of different skins and really helps me enjoy the game a bit better. I hope i don't get banned because of this and if it's illegal i want a response from a riot employee to tell me to stop. Thanks in advance.

Actually I think I read somewhere that that they don't allow people to have these programs that use the same skins riot has made. Custom skins should be fine though, but I think they don't allow these. Also they say that the program could still have those features, and even if you turned them off, they are still there. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it.
