Banner Minion Item : Cool Idea (Upgradable)

As many of u know banner isn't a used item much (Although there are situations where it is viable), but I think it would be a neat idea to add "upgrades" to it which would add effects (which would hopefully give this item more play). This could also be a late game item now that boot enchantments are gone i wanna spend my 3k extra gold on something damn it! :P I have 4 examples below:

MoneyGrubber: For each minion your siege unit kills gain a extra 25% gold from that unit. SpeedDemon: Your siege minion inspires nearby minion's to gain 5-10 extra speed TikiHealer: Near by champs gain increased health regen ByeTurrent: Your siege minion does a additional 10% damage to turrents.
