Bolgerus, Tyrant of the Old Age

Friends: None (at none of the present day Champions). Enemies: , , . PS: he dose have an ancient rival but that is a different post altogether.

Appearance: Bolgerus is a 5'5ft tall man that has blue skin (like Lissandra), he has matted white & grey hair & he has a large white & grey beard. he wears a large white furred cape with a polar bear head on the cape held by a chain, he also wears a waist cover made out of brown furred & leather held by a pretty big belt & a loin cloth, he wears sheen guards & arm bands & finally a viking type of helmet with pretty big horns on it. his weapon is a massive wooden metal plated club with short stubs sticking out all over it.

Health: 505(+31). Health Regen.: 2.3(+0.48) Mana: 0(+0). Mana Regen.: 0(+0) Range: 150(Melee). Attack Damage: 41(+3.4) Armor: 17(+2.1). Magic Res.: 30(+0) Attack Speed: 0.634(+2.3%). Move. Speed: 347.

Passive: Presence of the Tyrant. All enemy Champions within 250-radius of Bolgerus will have their current Armor, Magic Resist, Physical Damage & Ability Power be reduced by 8%.

Q-Ability: Crystal Maul. Range: 380. Cool Down: 13/12/11/10/9. Physical Damage: 25/45/65/85/105(+40% bonus AD). Bonus Physical Damage: 20/30/40/50/60(+20% bonus AD). Passive: all of Bolgerus’s Basic Attacks will apply a stack of Cold Strike to an enemy target, when an enemy target has received a 4th stack of Cold Strike then the target will take 7% of their Max HP as Physical Damage. Activate: after Bolgerus has chosen a broad path with this Ability then upon its activation Bolgerus will then slam his large club on the chosen path, if any enemies are within the path upon the clubs slam they will be dealt Physical Damage. If an enemy target is affected by Glacial Prism then is affected by this Ability the prism’s duration will end early but the target will take bonus Physical Damage from this Ability.

W-Ability: Frigged Atmosphere. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 23/21/19/17/15. Magic Damage: 35/55/75/95/115(+40% bonus AP). Activate: when Bolgerus has activated this Ability he will have an aura of freezing air surround him, after this Abilities activation the freezing air will instantly deal Magic Damage to any enemies within 200-radius of Bolgerus then the aura will remain active for 3 seconds lowering the Movement Speed of all enemies within the aura by a set 40% while they remain in the aura & for 1 second when leaving the aura. for every 1 second that an enemy remains in the aura will gain a stack of Cold Strike.

E-Ability: Glacial Prism. Range: 450. Cool Down: 19/18/17/16/15. Magic Damage: 15/25/35/45/55(+30% bonus AP). Total Damage: 75/125/175/225/275. Activate: after Bolgerus has chosen a 180-radius location within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Bolgerus will summon ice in the radius that will trap any enemy Champions within the radius in a casket of ice, after imprisoning a target in the casket the target will be Stunned for 1.25 seconds while also being dealt Magic Damage every 0.25 seconds.

R-Ability: White Night. Range: Global. Cool Down: 205/185/165. Slow: 30%/40%/50%. Activate: after Bolgerus has activated this Ability he summon forth a mighty blizzard to ravage his dominion, for the next 3 seconds all enemies active on the map will have their Sight Range of their allies Removed. while the blizzard is raging on it will lower all affected enemy Champions Attack & Movement Speed by a set percent.

LORE: I once ruled a land, a land of snow & ice. but I was betrayed by those who live in my domain the ungrateful mob used my own weapons, soldiers even enlisted my ancient enemy into my demise. but i refuse to die, I REFUSE TO LEAVE THIS WORLD AS A FAILURE! as i drew my final breath I encased myself in True Ice waiting for the day of my revival to continue my rain, continue my conquest! Mysterious Voice: My lord the time of your revival has come, the time for your rain IS AT HAND! (ice shatters & Bolgerus bellows echoing across the mountain range).
