Promethia, The Paradoxical Paragon

Note: this character is entirely flexible, from the names to the mechanics
Promethia is going to be a Solari thief cast out for attempting to steal Solari armor, then she will meet and be hired/trained by Diana to use lunar power to infiltrate mount Targon in the hopes that she can "procure" more proof of Diana's claim that the Solari once worshiped the moon and helping Diana acquire more lunar power along the way. During her break in attempt she will discover, using equipment found in the (once) sealed temple, that both the Solari and Diana used to worship Soraka, but since her fall the stars powers have been passed on. She will find an ancient dais at the back of the temple, with a mystical cloak (that looks like stars and galaxies) covering an intricate set of markings set into the dais itself. By inserting both a Solari blade and a crescent blade (also found in the temple, both too big for the smaller girl to hold without both hands), she unlocks the power held within the dais, allowing her to commune with the celestial beings. To her surprise, not one, but two beings (twins) are brought forth, each with their own powers of lunar and solar energy. In exchange for not revealing their true nature, they agree to each give a portion of their power to Promethia, but to their surprise, the energies continued to shift inside of her body, allowing her to only manipulate one type of energy at a time.
Promethia will be armed with either the Solari or crescent blades, with the other one being on her back. She will also have the cloak on.
Passive - Celestial Advantage: Promethia's abilities gain new effects based on whether they are charged with solar or lunar energy. Additionally, all of her basic attacks and spells deal physical (solar) or magical (lunar) damage if she has more spells charged with that type of energy.
Q - Starbeam: Promethia shoots a skill shot that deals 50/80/110/140/170 (+30% bonus ability power), knocking up all
targets for 0.5 seconds and marking them for the next 2 seconds. By reactivating Starbeam, Promethia can dash to one target (removing
all marks), dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+30% bonus attack damage) to the target and stunning them for another 0.5 seconds
Lunar: increase damage by 40% Solar: increase crowd control time by 0.25 seconds
W - Gather Light: Promethia gathers energy within herself, granting her a shield equal to 80/110/140/170/200 (+10% bonus health) for 4
seconds and charging her next spell. When the next spell is cast, it changes it's celestial energy to the opposing type. If Gather Light is
cast next the charge is instead consumed to shield herself for double the normal amount.
E - Energize: Promethia jumps to target ally, healing herself and the target for 60/100/140/180/220 (+20% ability power)(+6% bonus health).
If she or the target is at full health, the excess healing goes to the other target. Promethia can target herself to receive the full healing.
Both her and her target receive an additional effect that is active while her shield remains
Lunar:additional 2/4/6/8/10% damage Solar: Armor and magic resist increased by 5/10/15/20/25
R - Starburst: Promethia radiates energy outward, gaining an effect based on what energy the spell is charged with
Lunar: pulls all enemies towards Promethia, dealing 150/250/350 (+20% ability power)(+50% bonus attack damage) to all enemies
Solar: pushes all enemies away from Promethia (counts as a knock up and can go over walls), and heals all allies for
150/250/350 (+50% ability power)(+20% bonus attack damage
Base stats and growth (averaged from Diana and Leona's): Health: 582 (+89 per level) Health regen: 7.93 (+0.85 per level) Attack damage: 58 (+3 per level) Armor: 26 (+4 per level) Magic resist: 32 (+1 per level) mana: 300 (+40 per level) mana regen: 6 (+0.8 per level) range: 140
I am open to any suggestions and I think that this characters kit lets her play as support and mid, with a possibility for jungling.
