Anēr, Patriarch of the Solari

Personality: An Inquisitor. A real one. Arrognat, stupid, headstrong, powerfull. Old. A "saint", a Priest. We lack of these in League of Legends. Appearence: An Old, tall and thin man, with Solari elder ropages. He could have a Staff as his signature item, and a cape for his status. Kit: Mid Lane, oprresive. His kit works around short range inquisition.

Active: Anēr rejoices himself, releasing from all Crowd Control effects. He also recovers 20% of his missing health and mana and refreshes Punish's cooldown.

R: Final Question ~700(∞) Range 100 Mana 80/70/60 CD. Anēr channels for2 secomds, making the last question to his target and silencing it. For each stack of Inquisiton over it, Anēr deals 50/75/100(+15% AP) True Damage per Inquisition stack over the duration of the channel.

Roleplaying: Aner finds you guilty, as the Holy Flames has burnded you. Then he starts the Inquisition, punishing and making you lie to ask pardon. As he find you even more guilty, he keeps punishing you harder and more often. When you fight back, you see that his Inner Spirit is stronthg enought to surpass any damage, and keeps punishing you. Now he even uses you to search other sinners (Pierces). After he has done with you, he ask he Final question, releasing you from the Inquisiton, or becoming "Sinner" and suffering a cruel death.
