By my opinion,this champion deserve a rework,because his playstyle is too many could have expected from such a interesting champion by sight.And so,him model is too old for now [cuz...really?we are on 2019 year],and this will be good if he get a good visual update ofc.Anyway,there is my opinion about him rework.

[Passive]Spirit master: Placed in a different places,Udyr can change his Q ability for 3 seconds and choose one of him second forms.If Udyr leave the place were he switch his ability,the switched ability become as passed ability.

Stays on the water:Crocodile.

Stays on the bush:Boar.

Stays on the stone:Armadillo

Stays near walls:Wolf.

Stays near trees:Ape.

[Second forms] Crocodile: Next Udyr AA will catch the enemy and in that moment Udyr can pull him for 2 seconds,but him speed will reduced.

Boar: Udyr charge in front of him and become unstoppable.

Armadillo: Udyr starts to dig for 2 seconds.After 2 seconds,Udyr become untouchable for 2 seconds.

Wolf: Udyr make a howl what shows the near enemy(stealth)

Ape: Udyr can climb to the tree and have bigger vision.


[Q]Tiger form Tiger ambush :Udyr make a leap what damage the first enemy in his way.If Udyr leap on the wall,he can leap again,but the range will be less. cost:50 energy range:545 second leap range:430 cooldown:17/15/14/12

Bear form Determination of bear :Udyr increase his armor and health for 4 seconds(+200-900 health) cost:60 energy cooldown:19/16/15/13

Turtle form Turtle shell :Udyr create a shield covers himself with it(+300% shield strength). cost:50 energy cooldown:14/13/12/11

Phoenix form Enchanted fire :Udyr charge two fireballs in front of him and deal damage(50% magical damage). cost:40 energy cooldown:

[W]Tiger form Tiger ferocity :Udyr make a roar what reduce the enemy attack speed and increase his own for 3 seconds. cost:40 energy radius effect:250 cooldown:17/16/15/13

Bear form Bear onslaught :Udyr start to run in front of him (plus increase his movement speed in that moment)for 4 seconds and stun the first enemy in his way for 1.5 second deal physical damage.[in this moment Udyr can't use the other abilities] cost:45 energy target range:900 cooldown:19/16/14/10

Turtle form Turtle bite :Udyr charge him one next AA and after dealing a AA the enemy take physical damage and slow for 2 seconds. cost:55 energy cooldown:16/15/14/13

Phoenix form Internal fire :Udyr start to blow in from of him with fire and dealing magical damage(+40%magical damage) cost:70 energy target range:890 cooldown:20/16/13/11

[E]Tiger form Tiger stealth :Udyr start t sneak up and become invisible for 1 seconds if the enemy champion don't saw him.If the enemy champion saw him,Udyr increase his movement speed and the damage of him next two AA for 3 seconds. cost:50 energy cooldown:20/17/15/10

Bear form Bear roar :Udyr make a roar what fears the minions and reduce the enemy armor and magic resist. cost:50 energy cooldown:15/14/13/12 seconds

Turtle form Turtle wise :Udyr after a 3 seconds pause create a area around him what heals himself and the ally champion. radius effect:400 cooldown:17/14/13/9 seconds

Phoenix form Fiery reincarnation :Udyr after 3 pause explode,doing damage around him and restore the missing health of him health bar (In that moment,Udyr can be rooted,stunned,silenced,thrown up but not feared) cost:90 energy cooldown:18/15/13/10 seconds

[R]Spirit forms : Udyr can switch a one of him form and use the abilities what do different effects and damage. cooldown reduction:5/10/15 seconds.

I did a very big work to think about him abilities and effects,and soon i'll do him lore and interaction,so please place a like,because your likes inspire me to create more and more concepts.Hope you like this one^^

Udyr does need a rework, since currently all of his abilities are legit just buffs for his autos.

You did a really good job reworking him, but I think you've gone a bit too far. It is always important to keep things simple, and 12 different abilities and 5 additional passive "abilities" are just a lot for people to remember.

Personally, I suggest giving each of his ability a "theme." What I mean is something like:

his q in all forms are aa buffs (so the current abilities) his w in all forms are mobility (charge, sprint, dash.... you decide :) his e in all forms are "special abilities" (stealth for tiger, roar for bear, shield for turtle, aoe for pheonix... Whatever, you decide)

This way he still has 12 abilities (not counting ult), but it is much easier to remember them because although each form have their pros and cons, they are similar in many ways.

Another advantage of organizing abilites like this is that people won't have to read abilities that are three times as long as Jhin's passive...


For his passive, I think a lot of them are quite strong. Considering how well you reworked his basic abilities, I actually suggest to make his passive grant additional effects to his forms. A cool mechanism might be grant a specific buff depending on the form you stayed as the longest throughout the game.

For example, if you were tiger for 6 minutes, bear for 4 minutes, turtle for 5 minutes, and pheonix for 2 minutes, then the passive can grant the an attack speed buff regardless of what form you are in. Players should also be able to check how long they've been as each form. This way people actually think about the form they are in, rather than just spam either tiger or pheonix.

I don't know, I think this ^ just adds an advanced mechanic for a not-so-advanced champion (at least not yet ;).

Dude, this idea is amazing :D ! Original , creative and very interesting :) I enjoy this... this is one of the best and creative ideas of Udyr´s rework I´ve ever seen Great Job!!!
