When out of no where a bag was thrust over Slicks head. He was taken to Martinez Baxtor another crime lord that runs the down town area. Normally Martinez wouldn't dare encroach on Slicks turf, but he had back up. Slick's own crew turned against him. Martinez was all like "I'm surprised that they thought so highly of you and stuff". Then a former member of Slicks gang was all like "Why did you kill Papa Jones". Then Slick was all like "I didn't kill Jones, he was alive in that coffin, you have to blame but the worms of this earth". Slick pulls out a gun. Some people around Martinez pull out guns. Martinez was like "Don't make a move". But before he could finish he was dead on the floor. Slick proceeded to then shoot the guns out of there hands one by one. Slick was then shoot a whole bunch and thrown into an oil well. Years later a necromancer brought slick back from the dead. Slick killed all of the people involved that night and discovered that he can now generate oil at will. The necromancer sent mail every week telling him to put oil in a locker by the subway. Slick however doesn’t like anyone telling him what to do, so he plans to find this necromancer and put a bullet in their head.
Role- Tank/ Mage
Passive- Oil Leak Hitting a target with a basic attack puts oil Leak effect on them. Stacks up to 3 times. First stack coats them in oil. Second stack makes target leave behind an oil trail wherever they go. Third stack slows. An enemy coated in oil will burst into flames if hit by a fire attack from any allied champion. This deals damage over time. If they had a trail that bursts into flames as well hurting enemies on the trail. Lit trails count as fire attacks and can ignite other oiled enemies. Likewise lit champions can ignite unlit oil trails or splotches.
Q- Light Oilslick snaps his fingers lighting target oil on fire. That’s oil not champion, so you can light an oil trail and the fire will spread along the trail until it ignites the enemy champion. Or just light some oil splotches so that enemies that walk on them get damaged. Or throw it directly on an oiled champion and ignite them (need at least 1 stack on enemy).
W- Oil Slick Oilslick coats himself in oil gaining increased movement speed and leaving behind an oil trail. Using Q Oilslick can light himself on fire in this state leaving behind a fire trail. The Oil trail from this ability sticks around for a while, so you can run around in the pattern you want and then when an enemy comes your way light there escape on fire. In addition running over this trail while it isn’t lit adds +1 stack of oil leak.
E- Oil Spill For 10 seconds any for every attack Oilslick receives an oil droplet launches off of him creating a random oil splotch nearby. Higher damaging attacks can launch multiple droplets depending on the attack A champion stepping in these oil splotches will add +1 stack of oil leak if unlit. If you light yourself on fire using W then Q and then activate E then instead of random oil splotches you will launch fire splotches (this combo isn’t necessarily better).
R- Hellfire Oilslick made a deal with the devil in his quest to find and destroy the necromancer that revived him. All oil currently in play lit or not lit bursts into black flames. Being hit by black flames will add +1 stack to oil leak. Black flames do a lot more damage over time than regular flames. Black flames increase in damage in response to healing and health regen.
