Role: Support Tabuu is a support that focus's almost entirely on debuffing the enemy team.

Abilities

Passive: Dream Catcher Visual for this Ability

Tabuu has an appreciably increased auto attack range and his attacks have a cooldown rather than using attack speed. Cooldown is 16-8 seconds based on level (reduced to 2-0.5 seconds if the auto targeted a minion). This ability benefits from cooldown reduction.

Tabuu gains 1 AP per every 1.2% attack speed. And deals an on hit of 10+100%AP magic damage on his auto attacks. If Tabuu's auto targets a champion then that champion will be grounded and restrained(special debuff see description) for 1.5-2.5 seconds (based on level) and Tabuu will be rooted, grounded, immune to displacement abilities, and unable to cast his non-ultimate abilities for the duration of the target enemies debuff. Auto attack goes on cooldown after the attack and all it's effects have ended. Tabuu or the target enemy champion can cleanse this effect ending its effects on both of them.

Restrained: The target can move but will remain a fixed distance away from Tabuu for the auto's duration.


Q Ability: Stormy Skies Aegis Visual for this Ability

Cooldown: (15/13/11/9/7) seconds

Tabuu fires a glowing point and click projectile at an ally champion (including himself), giving this ally a sheild of (50/63/76/89/102 + 95%AP) The Targeted Ally will glow and in addition to the shield the next auto attack targeting the glowing champion will be blocked and cause Tabuu to teleport in a bolt of lightning from the skies having already auto'd the enemy champion to proc this effect. Autoing enemies in this manner bypasses Tabuu's auto attack cooldown and applies all on hit effects.

(The point and click projectile is fired up into the air before landing on its target similar to a Jhin Q) (This abilities secondary effect blocks a single auto or tower shot however tower shots do not trigger any of the teleportation effects listed)


W Ability: Stygian Geass / Nervebinding Visual for this Ability

Cooldown: (18) seconds

Passive: Tabuu has 20%/30%/40%/50%/60% reduced effect of curses on himself and takes 20% reduced dm while rooted or grounded.

Active: Tabuu applies a Nervebinding link between himself and a target enemy champion. Any debuffs (including d.o.t.s) effecting Tabuu will also effect the linked enemy champion if they are in the tethers radius (1400). Nervebinding tethers will last permanently or until a new target is marked similar to Taric 's W. To indicate an enemy has bin marked Tabuu's Fae companion Akias will follow the enemy around staring at them.

Active: Upon activation and after link is established Tabuu will curse himself with Stygian Geass.

Stygian Geass: is a debuff that lasts for 4 seconds and causes the afflicted individuals to take 15%/25%/35%/45%/55% more damage from all sources and slows for 30%


E Ability: Baptism of Darkened Flames Visual for this Ability

Cooldown: (30/28/24/20/18) seconds

Tabuu sprays a fine black powder through the air if front of him as well as a piece of paper. All enemies hit with the powder become nearsighted for 4 seconds. After a 0.2 second delay the paper ignites exploding the scattered powder into flames. This explosion knocks Tabuu away from the center of the blast a great distance and allowing him to clear walls. Enemies hit with the black flames from this ability receive a D.O.T. dealing 10+ 40%/55%/70%/85%/100%AP Magic Damage over a 4 second duration.


R Ability: Wild Temperance

Cooldown: (90/60/30) seconds increased to (180/100/40) seconds if the second active was used

Passive: Slows on Tabuu are reduced by 33%/66%/99%.

Active: Tabuu Curses himself with Wild Temperance after .5 seconds Tabuu can press R again for a secondary effect.

Wild Temperance: is a debuff that lasts for 9 seconds and reduces the afflicted individuals dm dealt by 20/50/80% and refreshes all curses on these individuals to last the duration of this curse.

2nd Active: Tabuu cleanses himself of all debuffs applying them instead to up to 1/2/3 random enemy champions in a (1200) radius around him. Using this second effect places Wild Temperance on a longer cooldown.


Lore:

Long ago there in what is now Arbormark there was a family who traversed the woods out to make money selling goods. A man named Tanoi and a woman named Huniik, they would go to travellers, pathfinders, or anyone who was alone and not quite an expert with magic. They sold goods of magical healing, silverwing testicles and bungum root they didn't really do anything outside of a placebo hense why they were careful with who they sold to. Tanoi himself came from a long line of nervebinders although he never finished basic training and Huniik was a bitter greedy woman who never cared about anyone but herself. This scheme would never make them a sustainable income if it were not for the fact that Tanoi knew just enough magic to inflict pain on others without them knowing and Huniik was a skilled liar willing to convince anyone they were in need of there special "medicine". This went on and on, the family would scam people, leave, and change the masks they wore to avoid being recognized, sometimes changing there "medicine" or pitch for good measure.

However fate had other plans.

Ironically the fake medicine peddlers fell deathly ill with some strange disease. They were dying and fast. Every doctor they went to didn't know what was wrong with them. They were left penniless and Huniik's left arm had just fallen off. Looking through a dusty magical book neither of them had touched in years Huniik said "your father doesn't he have the magic to cure us?" "Your probably right" stated Tanoi. "You need to find and beg him for help he's the only chance I, I mean we have left" cried Huniik. Tanoi knew she was right, he hesitated picking up the book. For you see there was a reason he never finished his nervebinding training, Tanoi's father Ponochi was a cruel sadistic man. For his first lesson Ponochi had his son pull out his own fingernails to use as spell ingredients laughing the entire time. Tanoi knew his father had the ability to save them but was more afraid of Ponochi then the disease currently inside him. "I will set up the spell to contact him" said Tanoi "but once that gateway opens your on your own, although I must warn you you may be better of dying than asking that man for help". Huniik didn't care she opened up the book and started reading the incantations. Tanoi grabbed a vial of blood of the book case and gave it to Hunnik. He then proceded to run away, far from where Hunnik was casting the spell. "What happened it didn't work" cried Hunnik. "Hello son" stated Ponochi. "No but why" spoke Tanoi as he turned around to see Ponochi behind him. "It's bin so long" cackled Ponochi "I thought I would see how my son is doing". "I'm doing well" said Tanoi "my wife paniced and summoned you, I'm sorry you had to come all this way for nothing". "Oh, you have a wife" stated Ponochi "I simply must meet her". Ponochi smiled as he noticed the cold sweat all over Tanoi's body. "Your right" said Tanoi "She's in the house that way" Tanoi pointed in the direction of the house. "Oh that just won't do" cackled Ponochi "you know how I am with directions, besides I'm frail, I need a healthy young man to walk me there". Tanoi obliged, but as he was walking back to the house he stopped being able to move his leg. Ponochi looked at his leg seeing the necrotic tissue. "Why would you lie to me?" said Ponochi "You aren't fine at all, now aren't you glad we were walking together". Ponochi picked up Tanoi carrying him on his back and began to skip back to the house making sure each of his skips would slap Tanoi's leg with a piece of bone sticking out of the other one.
