Champion Concept: Shun'Ra Ambassador of shurima

When Azir Ressurected Shurima, and dragged its ruins from the Desert, He did not expect to bring with it, his most trusted Servant. Shun'Ra Returned with the city, Taking his place beside Azir as his guardian and ambassador. All those who threaten Azir, Shurima or the desert be warned. Shun' Ra is a timeless being, With ancient knowledge and control of the Dessert. He dispatches all who oppose him, or Shurima... without hesitation or mercy.
Appearance would coincide with other Shurima characters, and im thinking he would be an Elephant like warrior. Or perhaps a turtle.. Maybe an owl.
Is an AP bruiser, and runs on mana
Passive: Shun'Ra's Gains 3 Armor, 3 Magic Resist, 5 Ap, and 2% Movement speed (increases every 6 levels starting at 5, and maxing at 9/9/15by level 18) For each stack of Shifting Sands on units within 600 range. Shifting Sands will be removed after 5 seconds, unless they are within 200 range of Shun'Ra. max # of stacks is 1 per enemy champion, 1 per monster/minion
Q: Summon The Beast Shun'Ra summons 1/1/2/2/3 worms that circle him for 6 seconds and apply a stack of Shifting sands to any enemy unit or monster that comes within melee range. Activating his Q again (up to 3 times) sends out 1 worm towards the cursor (think sion ult maneuverability) and does 75/150/175/200/225+(0.20ap) damage and applies a stack of shifting sands to any enemy or monster hit. If the worms hits an enemy champion that is affected by shifting sands, the champion is rooted for 1/1/1.5/1.5/2 seconds and takes double damage
W: Shifting the Sands (think twisted advance) Shun'Ra dashes towards the cursor, leaving behind a trail that slowly returns to Shun'Ra. Shun'Ra stops If he collides with an enemy champion, and deals 100/150/200/250/300(+0.50 Bonus attack) physical Damage. Any unit he hits, or that passes through the trail has a stack of Shifting Sands applied to them.
E: Survival of the Fittest Shun'Ra consumes all Stacks of Shifting Sands in a 600 range area, And gains up to 50% x # of stacks (up to 400%) health and mana regen for 5 seconds, If more then 3 stacks are consumed, 1 second is added for ever 2 extra stacks consumed. While Shun'Ra is regenerating, his bonus Armor, MR, and Ap, are reduced by 50 -(5% per bonus stack consumed) so 7 stacks will equal 7 seconds of regen, at only 45% reduced stats
R: Call Forth the Storm Each point in call fo the storm increases the max number of Stacks champions can have on them by 1 Shun'Ra Consumes ALL available stacks of Shifting Sands And creates a Sand storm at the Cursors location. Enemies inside the storm have 1 stack of Shifting Sands applied to them every 0.5 seconds, and it will not deteriorate while they are in the storm. The storm last for 3/4/5 seconds Shun'Ra Gains Double the bonus From Shifting Sands stacks, as well as gaining Health, attack dmg, and attack speed [(2.5/1/1%)(5/3/3%)(10/5/5%)] per stack of shifting sands. As well, The cooldown on Shifting the Sands is reduced by 10/15/20% and Shun'Ra becomes Immune to Movement impairment
