We all see the awesome skins people draw as fanarts. Why not make a little challenge to it? I propose a Skin Design Challenge. Limit is two skin submissions per Summoner. Riot will pick three winners. The reward? All three will receive the winning skins upon release for free. Like the idea? Let me know with feedback. Maybe we can make this a thing!

While I'd like to see it happen, it's harder to implement than an art contest. For example, at least three different people have proposed a Vandal Sejuani skin at different times - once on the new boards and twice on the old boards. At least two people have proposed a Zac skin with fish swimming about inside. With art you either drew it or you didn't, but it's much harder to declare who deserves credit for a concept.
