Skin Design Competition

We all see the awesome skins people draw as fanarts. Why not make a little challenge to it? I propose a Skin Design Challenge. Limit is two skin submissions per Summoner. Riot will pick three winners. The reward? All three will receive the winning skins upon release for free. Like the idea? Let me know with feedback. Maybe we can make this a thing
