@Riot Can we get a Nunu rework?

I haven't played or seen Nunu in a while mainly because he isn't viable compared to other junglers. His kit doesn't really synergize, and it doesn't really go towards one kind of theme. He has a smite in his kit, a ms and as steroid, a slow & damage spell, and an aoe slow + nuke. Sure I know you guys like to say he is a counter jungler and he is good at securing objectives, but with players becoming better if you try counter jungling you will get killed by a solo laner, and for objective control the enemy team will just engage on your team. So I am just wondering if you guys could update his kit. Give it a core theme, and make him versatile. I am going to leave some suggestions for themes but I am trusting you guys at Riot to come up with something for a kit.

Theme: Make Nunu into Nunu and Willump... I know you guys don't do this for every champion that has a companion but really...Nunu and Willump are really a dynamic duo, and Willump is the one actually performing the spells. Nunu and Willump really two friends who want to explore. So maybe a kit that emphasized traveling around the map (roaming/rotations) would be a nice start. Willump, although friendly, can be aggressive when he needs to, using both physical strength and mystical powers. In the lore it says that Willump is strong and powerful but his in game kit doesn't really reflect that. In game he is more like a beefy wet noodle, tanky with no damage. A kit that provided Nunu with more damage would suit this well. As for the mystical power part I think his ultimate does a decent job at showing this but something better would be having Nunu summon a blizzard, instead of the channeled ult he has now (maybe even give him buffs during the blizzard). It would be really cool to see Nunu be a champion to look out for when facing him.
