He's actually thinking of "Cannibalize", an ability that World of Warcraft Forsaken (undead) have. Will of the Forsaken does something else.

It says "champion" rather than just any unit, so would likely be a very large percent compared to King's Tribute.

Yes, its like trundles passive but King's Tribute gives Trundle little health. This passive gives the champion half health.

Still does the same thing on principle alone. It is expected that if Riot even dared to implement this on a new champ, it'd get nerfed to oblivion before it touched down on PBE, let alone the drawing board.

It would have a cool down, big one. Possibly 110 seconds.

Doesn't remove the fact that it sounds completely broken.

Not a bad idea (not bashing it either), though its already been done before, and is still broken nonetheless.

Sounds like something you'd want a Support or Jungler to have (since they often have a high kill participation). Would this be a zombie or a cannibal (or just some perpetually hungry beast)?

Basically, the passive is when it feeds on a champion when its dead and gains half health. Its not like trundles passive really.
