Sounds like something you'd want a Support or Jungler to have (since they often have a high kill participation). Would this be a zombie or a cannibal (or just some perpetually hungry beast)?

Basically, the passive is when it feeds on a champion when its dead and gains half health. Its not like trundles passive really.

sort of useless except in very special situations, how many times do you need to regen health after killing the enemy champ
