Kolin is a ruthless ghoul from the harrowing that feeds on his enemies, makes them suffer, and makes them die for his revenge of his death.
Kolin is an assasin that is well focused in killing many of his foes. His abilities make him become a survivor that can give him trouble to the other team during a game that is well focused and later on. They can give him a lot of health, critical damage, and painful moves.
Passive - Feed On Corpse (Active) Whenever a champion dies, Kolin can feed on corpse giving him half health. Cooldown: 31/42/56/69 Range: 75
Q - Puncture (Active)
Kolin punctures a champion dealing damage and giving him mana.
Cooldown: 4/7/11/16
Range: 125
W - Ghoul Anger (Active) Kolin charges at a champion dealing damage. Cooldown: 7/15/23/31 Range: 200
E - Cold Veins (Inactive)
Gains movement speed and life steal.
R - Scream Of The Ghoul (Active) Kolin screams gaining ability power, shield, and damage. (Gaining buffs) Cooldown: 31/43/59/71

The Shadow Isles was a terrifying place to a lot of people. Indeed, there was many horrifying monsters and creatures that made The Shadow Isles a horror to many people in Valoran. But, there was also something else that was even more terrifying and dangerous to many. People have been telling many stories about this... monster. His name was Kolin, a ghoul that was in search of flesh and revenge. Kolin sought that many shall die and never return... in mortality. When Kolin was... alive he actually was exploring the Shadow Isles. He thought it was a dangerous place to live by the looks of it... to him. Kolin was the headmaster of a crew from Bilgewater, the crew wanted to recruit him because they thought he was a fine-looking explorer... to them at least. Before that day, theyve been exploring everywhere beyond the Valoran Sea. They've actually visited Naultilus once... "He was actually okay to be the typical explorer... to many people actually...". Now here they are, exploring the deathly, strange land known as the Shadow Isles. When they landed their feet on the treacherous island, the place looked.... familar to Kolin's mind. When they reached the forest, they heard many noises... the crying of wolves, and the terror of crows... When they got deeper, it was actually.... serious to Kolin's mind. They suddenly reached upon a graveyard... the graveyard looked familar to Kolin also, he thought it was very... Within his mind and beyond. Suddenly, the ground started to shake, and the tombstones shook also... Kolin's crew looked around... terrified. Then, they looked at the sky and it was very, very dark within their eyes beyond anything possible..Then, the ground grumbled, they heard whispers, and all of a sudden.... it went black in Kolin's vision. When Kolin awoke, he saw himself, and he screamed. He heard laughter, and a familar voice... He turned around and it was Yorick. Yorick just stood their, queeving with laughter... Then he said, "I bet... That its possible....". Kolin looked confused at him and told him in his mind, what are you talking about? What is possible? I am a monster? Of course I am... what should I do? Then, Yorick looked at him right in the eyes.... And told him about the league of legends. When he was finished... Kolin actually grinned. He thought of how painful it was from those other people, how painful it was to enter.... The League Of Legends. Kolin finally agreed to join, and began becoming a monster... A monster that will make them be amazed, and terrified....

Laning/How To Play Him
Kolin is obviously well-focused more in the jungle either dealing damage, or helping his teammates at all cost. He is the typical, scary assassin that can do damage. For team fights, its different for him. If you want to be successful to him in team fights, its better to be avoiding the situation where its about to happen. Basically, he is the finisher (or the clean-up) at the end of team fights. What this mean by this is that he never lets his enemies pass him (unless your Mr. Nice Guy). But all in all, he is obviously the type of guy the finishes the problems.
