Riot is like "We usually find good ideas for other champions, but right now we can't really think of anything good for Zac", "Essentially, we made a champion us as a company cannot realistically expand on, so what we're going to do is give every other champion skins until the community does our job for us because 99% of our ideas are from other gaming companies".
Here Riot, here's a list of skin ideas for Zac. He's literally liquid, there's so many fundamental skin ideas for liquid it's not even funny.

I mean seriously anything that can drip and splatter is a Zac skin.
This is a great idea for Zac. 10/10 would buy if I owned Zac.

i still think having him in a suit and then rip off the arms on spawn/recall to make him go from gentleman to battle ready seems viable to save his q animations, and his bloblets can drop from his opened arms, but the r is still a problem.
