Some cool passives for champions

A Champion that needs less XP to level up

A Champion who's auto attacks do no damage, they only heal for a certain percent, but spam able abilities and has no mana cost.

A Champion who's ulti allows them to clone themselves as a friendly champion until the take like 25% of their champions base hp or until they use an ability.

A Champion that can revive a dead champion by clicking on a dead team mate ( the dead team member could have an icon that appears over their body after they die, like an Azir turret)

A Champion who can make enemy towers attack enemies for a short time.

Old and new passive
Weird setup (without the reversal it's just a spamable costless heal and normal AA)
Reminds me of the "Trickster Glass" Black Market item, but it would be interesting to see that on a champion
I feel like being able to revive dead teammates should have some constrictions, otherwise it's just a better R
Sounds unfair, considering that turrets are supposed to give you safety. Better IMHO

I guess yeah, but he can effect anyone. so I guess its better.
Yeah its weird, but the heal would be lower and it would cause you to look at buying really weird builds depending on where they put him.
It would be about like Azir, only it would only do it for a short time, and it would break up a turtle.

Also Id like to see people use this post to add what they think would be unique to see, Riot may see it and come up with some really cool stuff.
