Tor is a behemoth of a man, boasting an intimidating great shield and an imposing flail to match. Though his main purpose is to protect his allies with his shield, he is known to lose his temper and violently discard his shield in the heat of battle and throw himself in the fray.

**Passive: Temperamental Titan ** Tor generates 5 Fury (up to 100) from taking damage from enemy champions and successfully using his abilities. He also generates 2 Fury from damaging enemy champions and successfully slaying minions.

When Enraged, Tor instead only gains (1/3/5) Fury from successfully using his abilities and taking damage from enemy champions.

Tor also gains .25% movement speed towards allied champions for every point of Fury that he has. When Enraged, this bonus is increased to .30% and is applied when moving towards enemy champions instead.

Q: Shield Charge/Siegebreaker No Cost CD: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Allied Cast: Tor rushes to his ally with his shield raised, knocking back any nearby enemies and one enemy champion a short distance and dealing (50/85/120/145/190)(+9/10/11/12/13% of max HP) physical damage. Additionally, Tor will also Reflect the next basic attack or basic spell directed at his ally, launching it back the way it came with (20/40/60/80/100)% of its damage and/or spell effects.

Enemy Cast: Tor charges at his enemy with his shield, dealing (50/85/120/145/190) (+6/7/8/9/10% of target's current HP) physical damage and knocking them up for 1 second. Tor's charge can be intercepted by enemy champions.

Siegebreaker: Tor rushes at his enemy and swings his flail in a 270 degree arc in front of them, dealing (55/110/165/220/275) (+0.7 Total AD) physical damage and knocking back every enemy caught in the arc. (Replaces Shield Charge when Enraged)

W: Inspiring Shout/Crippling Strikes No Cost CD: 20/18/16/14/12 Tor looses a rallying cry, giving his allies a 30% movement speed boost towards him and granting himself and his nearest ally a shield that absorbs (100/125/150/175/200) (+0.50 total Armor) (+0.50 total MR) damage, lasting for 3 seconds.

Crippling Strikes: Tor's next basic attack will deal (6/7/8/9/10)% of his bonus HP as magic damage and slow his target by 60% for 2 seconds, with all of his basic attacks afterwards dealing (3/3.5/4/4.5/5)% of his bonus HP and slowing his target by 20% for 1 second, for 4 seconds. (Replaces Inspiring Shout when Enraged)

E:Vengeful Gaze/Hateful Reprisal CD: 10 Passive: Tor never loses sight of his hated enemy, revealing the closest enemy champion he hit until either of them leave combat or die.

Hateful Reprisal: Tor absorbs (10/20/30/40/50%) damage from enemy champions for 3 seconds. After the 3 second duration, he swings his flail wildly in a circle, dealing (100/130/160/190/220) plus (11/12/13/14/15)% of the damage that he absorbed. (Only usable when Enraged)

Enrage 5 Fury per second Requires 100 Fury Tor angrily launches his shield and becomes Enraged. If his shield hits an enemy champion, they are stunned for 1.5 seconds.

While they are stunned, Tor can leap to the affected enemy champion, dealing (100% total AD) (+3/6/9/12/15% of target's current HP) to his target.

At Rank 3, Tor's shield will bounce 300 units in front of his victim, and will reflect any intercepted basic attack and basic spells at (20/40/60/80/100)% effectiveness, dependent on Shield Charge/Siegebreaker's rank, for 3 seconds.

I like the concept a lot, however I feel like Tor would be subject to following poppys path after release. She was a semi viable support for a bit but ended up exclusively top lane because of how strong her damage potential was and not having to sacrifice CC for it. Plus the lack of supportive AD item is another factor that might push Tor into top lane.

But the champion himself is awesome! Keep it up!

I like it.

You did very well in avoiding another Olaf clone.

His passive and abilities interact with his Ult when used.

He follows the theme of a Viking, has themed names. all good.

nothing much to add, maybe indicate which abilities are Enraged, and his passive just describes his fury meter?

Hoping for visuals and gameplay notes now. looking forward

good job, nice format too
