Can there be a game mode added where you can go 1 v 1, 3 v 3, or 5 v 5 (or maybe more, like a gladiator gauntlet) against friends and/or random people where you just play your champ? No minions, no towers, no inhibs, etc. Just an arena where you can fight each other, practice your skills, try out new champs, and try out item builds. You can even add a competitive aspect to it; have modes for just practice and modes for sport.
It's a good idea, but champs like 
and 
etc. Rely heavily on farming minions to get stacks and being useful.
A HUGE problem is that many champions rely on tactics that require towers. Basically all mages would be useless because in a gamemode like this you would have to constanly fight one other (there's no place to retreat to) and when they throw out their whole kit what's left? NOTHING. And an enemy adc could simply destroy them in the cd time. Not even speaking about supps.
Add a custom map like this.
