6 ideas for new items

Here are 6 item ideas that I've come up with, which I figured I would post all together instead of separately. Constructive feedback is always welcome. Also note that item numbers can obviously be changed, so don't let them negatively influence your opinion of an item in whole.
Runic Broadsword +250 Health +300 Mana +40 Attack Damage
UNIQUE Passive - Eternity: 15% of damage taken from enemy champions is gained as Mana. Spending Mana restores 20% of the cost as Health, up to 25 per spell cast. UNIQUE Passive - Standing Strength: Gain Health equal to 75% of bonus Attack Damage.
Sharpshooter’s Pistol +50 Attack Damage +10% Cool Down Reduction
UNIQUE Passive - Unguarded Focus: Damaging an enemy champion marks them and grants a stack of Focus that lasts for 4 seconds (up to 3 stacks). Focus deals a bonus 25 true damage per stack on basic attacks to marked enemies. Taking damage from an enemy champion removes all stacks of Focus.
Berserker Gauntlet +40 Attack Damage +300 health
UNIQUE Passive - Essence Reservoir: Basic attacks and damaging abilities give 10 Stolen Essence (up to 100). UNIQUE Active - Essence Transfusion: Consume all Stolen essence, healing for 3 Health per Stolen Essence, and gaining 10% Movement Speed for 4 seconds. At maximum Stolen Essence, gain an additional 25% Movement Speed and 25% Attack Speed (45 second cool down).
Warmonger’s Glaive (Melee only) +200 Health +40 Attack Damage +10% Life Steal
UNIQUE Passive - Rage: Basic attacks grant 20 Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Kills grant 60 Movement Speed instead. UNIQUE Passive - Engaging Strike: Your first basic attack gains 150 bonus Range, and deals bonus physical damage equal to 200% of base Attack Damage on hit (15 second cool down).
Archaic Matchlock Pistol (Ranged only) +50 Attack Damage +200 Mana
UNIQUE Passive - Spellblade: After using an ability, the next basic attack deals bonus physical damage equal to 50% bonus Attack Damage on hit (1.5 second cooldown). UNIQUE Active - Archaic Shot: Deals 100% of total Attack Damage as Magic damage to the target (15 second cool down).
Night Wind Staff +70 Ability Power +10% Movement Speed
UNIQUE Active - Aura of Night: Camouflage yourself for 5 - 8 seconds, and gain 10% Movement Speed while enemy champions can not see you (60 second cool down). While in camouflage your next damaging ability deals 100 - 200 bonus Magic Damage.
