A CATALOG of Item Ideas
So here is a list of 23 item ideas. The first 17 are ones that I have posted twice before, but I have adjusted them again (some small and some big adjustments) and added build paths and item costs. The other 6 are brand new ideas, and some of them are over-the-top, crazy ideas that I got inspired from the 5k gold Infinity Edge that Riot threw out there. Now please remember that item stats, build paths, and costs are all just guesstimations that I made up, so don't let those give a bad over all impression.
Executioner's Scythe +55 Attack Damage
UNIQUE Passive - Executioner: Physical Damage inflicts Grievous Wounds on enemy champions for 5 seconds. UNIQUE Passive - Execution Slash: The first basic attack on an enemy below 30% Health deals 100 bonus physical damage (10 second cooldown).

Ionian Armor of Flight +300 Health +45 Armor +45 Magic Resist +10% Cooldown Reduction
UNIQUE Passive - Harmonized Flight: Reduce all damage taken while airborne by 20%. UNIQUE Passive - Soft Landing: Gain a shield that blocks 400 damage and 20% Tenacity for 3 seconds upon landing after being airborne.

Runic Broadsword +300 Health +300 Mana +40 Attack Damage
UNIQUE Passive - Eternity: 15% of damage taken from enemy champions is gained as Mana. Spending Mana restores 25% of the cost as Health, up to 25 per spell cast. UNIQUE Passive - Standing Strength: Gain Health equal to Total Attack Damage.

Sharpshooter’s Pistol +50 Attack Damage +10% Cool Down Reduction
UNIQUE Passive - Unguarded Focus: After damaging an enemy champion deal 5% more damage and gain 50 units of Attack Range for each second in combat (20% bonus damage and 200 range maximum). Taking damage from an enemy champion or ending combat resets this item’s bonus damage and range.

Berserker Gauntlet +50 Attack Damage +400 health
UNIQUE Passive - Essence Reservoir: Basic attacks and damaging abilities give 20 Stolen Essence on Champions and 5 Stolen Essence on minions and monsters (up to 100). UNIQUE Active - Essence Transfusion: Consume all Stolen essence, healing for 3 Health per Stolen Essence, and gaining 10% Movement Speed for 4 seconds. At maximum Stolen Essence, gain an additional 25% Movement Speed and 20% Attack Speed (30 second cool down).

Warmonger’s Glaive (Melee only) +400 Health +40 Attack Damage +50% Base Health Regen
UNIQUE Passive - Rage: Basic attacks grant 20 Movement Speed for 2 seconds. Kills grant 60 Movement Speed instead. UNIQUE Passive - Engaging Strike: Your first basic attack gains 150 bonus Range, deals bonus physical damage equal to 200% of base Attack Damage on hit, and slows the target by 10% for 2 seconds (15 second cool down).

Archaic Matchlock Pistol (Ranged only) +50 Attack Damage +250 Mana
UNIQUE Passive - Spellblade: After using an ability, the next basic attack deals bonus physical damage equal to 50% bonus Attack Damage on hit (1.5 second cooldown). UNIQUE Active - Archaic Shot: Deals bonus magic damage on your next basic attack equal to 75% of your total Attack Damage (20 second cool down).

Night Wind Staff +90 Ability Power +10% Movement Speed
UNIQUE Active - Aura of Night: Camouflage yourself for 6 - 12 seconds (based on level), and gain 10% Movement Speed while enemy champions can not see you (60 second cool down). While in camouflage your next damaging ability deals 100 - 300 (based on level) bonus Magic Damage.

Seeker’s Mist Mail +80 Ability Power +60 Armor
UNIQUE Passive - Seeker’s Guard: Killing a unit grants 0.5 bonus Armor and Ability Power for 15 seconds. This bonus stacks up to 30 times. UNIQUE Active - Dark Mist: Surround yourself in an aura of mist that reduces the Armor Penetration/Lethality of nearby enemies for 5 seconds. Affected enemies also take 10% more magic damage (80 second cooldown).

Kinkou Arm Bracers +40 Attack Damage +60 Armor +300 Health
UNIQUE Passive - Dreadnought: While moving, build stacks of Momentum, increasing movement speed by up to 40 at 50 stacks. Momentum decays while under the effect of a stun, taunt, fear, polymorph, or immobilize effect. UNIQUE Passive - Razor Wind: Basic attacks deal 4 physical damage per stack of Momentum, discharging all stacks. At max stacks the basic attack also reduces the targeted enemy’s armor by 15% for 5 seconds.

Spellbreaker Boline +45 Attack Damage +55 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Active - Spell Break: Your next basic attack silences the targeted enemy champion for 2 seconds, and deals 100 (+20% total Attack Damage) bonus magic damage (50 second cooldown).

Rabadon’s Grimoire +85 Ability Power +55 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Passive - Death Whispers: Enemy champions that damage you lose 5% Movement Speed for 2 seconds. UNIQUE Active - Forbidden Sigils: Increases Ability Power by 50% for your next 2 spells, and then slows your Movement Speed by 35% for 3 seconds (60 second cooldown).

King’s Burden +300 Health +55 Armor +45 Magic Resist
UNIQUE Passive: Grants 150% Base Health Regen for up to 15 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion. UNIQUE Passive - Kingdom’s Pride: While at or above 30% Health all nearby allies gain 7% Movement Speed and 25% Base Health Regen. UNIQUE Passive - Kingdom’s Courage: While below 30% Health all nearby allies gain 100 (+8% Maximum Health) Health and 20% Tenacity.

Iceborn Shackles +80 Armor +20% Cooldown Reduction +350 Mana
UNIQUE Passive - Frozen Torment: After standing still for 1 second you begin to take 5 (+1% Maximum Health) magic damage per second until you move again. After taking any form of crowd control you emit a field that slows enemies by 50% Movement Speed and deals 20 (+5% Maximum Health) magic damage per second for 4 seconds. UNIQUE Active - Icy Shreek: This ability can only be activated while Frozen Torment is active. Taunt all enemies within your icy field for 2 seconds (50 second cooldown). All damage received, including the damage from Frozen Torment, during this time is converted to Healing.

Nashor’s Nail +75 Ability Power +40 Armor
UNIQUE Passive - Lifeline: Upon taking physical damage that would reduce Health below 30%, grants a shield that absorbs up to 600 physical damage within 3 seconds (80 second cooldown). UNIQUE Passive - Lifegrip: When Lifeline triggers, gain +25 Ability Power and +20% Spell Vamp until out of combat.

Flail of Legions +35 Attack Damage +400 Health UNIQUE Passive: Grants +25 Health and +5 Attack Damage per stack (max +250 Health and +50 Attack Damage). Grants 1 stack per minute (max 10 stacks). UNIQUE Passive - Batter: Your first basic attack against an enemy champion deals 100 (+50% base Attack Damage) bonus magic damage and inflicts Grievous Wounds to the target for 5 seconds (10 second cool down).

Dawn Walkers Limited to 1 pair of boots. +200 Health +50% base Health Regen.
UNIQUE Passive - Enhanced Movement: +45 Movement Speed. Increases to +65 Movement Speed when below 30% Health.

Bloodlust Cutlass +25 Attack damage +30% Critical Strike +30% Attack Speed +12% Life Steal +5% Movement Speed
UNIQUE Active - Frenzy: Deals 100 physical damage and slows the target champion's Movement Speed by 30% for 2 seconds (70 second cooldown).
Build Path: Zeal + Bilgewater Cutlass + Dagger Cost: 3500 (800)
Juggernaut’s Anchor +100 Attack Damage +500 Health -5% Movement Speed
UNIQUE Active - Lighten the Load: Drop the Anchor, gaining 10% Movement Speed and losing 25 Attack Damage while the anchor is on the map. Upon re-activating this item or walking too far away from the dropped anchor it will be pulled back to you, dealing 100 (+5% Total health) physical damage to all surrounding enemies and slowing them by 20% for 2 seconds (50 second cooldown).

Sacrificial Knife +5 Attack Damage +3 Life on Hit
Unique Passive: Kills on lane minions give 1 less gold. Killing 10 lane minions permanently grants 1 Attack Damage. Killing 100 lane minions permanently grants an additional 5 Attack Damage and disables this passive. UNIQUE Passive: Kills on enemy champions give 30 less gold and permanently grants 2 Attack Damage. Assists on enemy champions give 10 less gold and permanently grants 1 Attack Damage. UNIQUE Passive: Selling this item permanently reduces your maximum health by 50 and permanently grants 5 Attack Damage.

UNIQUE Passive: +10% Cooldown Reduction UNIQUE Passive: Grants 150% Base Health Regen for up to 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion. UNIQUE Passive - Garrison March: Redirect 15% of the damage any nearby ally takes to yourself as True Damage.

Freedom’s Prison +400 Health +50 Magic Resist +40 Armor -15 Movement Speed
UNIQUE Active - Condemned Freedom: Toggling this active grants 25% damage reduction. However, any form of crowd control received while this active is toggled suppresses you for its duration, the damage reduction is nullified, and you take 35% increased damage.

Deathfire Inferno +140 Ability Power
- 10% Cooldown Reduction
UNIQUE Passive - Deathfire Radiation: Damaging spells cause the target to radiate for 3 seconds. Any enemy champion touched by the radiation will then take Magic Damage equal to 5% of the target’s Maximum Health. UNIQUE Active - Deathfire Collapse: Take 15% of your Maximum Health in True Damage over 5 seconds. During this time your Ability Power is doubled.
