I don't recall the part in her lore where Riven got a sex change and exiled herself.

technically her crimson elite skin is of her before she left noxus, however i doubt it was her typical armor

I also missed the part where she turned into a dude with vague feminine characteristics, and a breastplate.
I've always hated that pauldron on base Riven, but your drawing incorporates it quite nicely. Kuddos. I do however have to agree with some others that her face is a bit man-ish compared to her base. A softer chin and less prominent eyebrows would help I think.
As a skin in game, she can't have her unbroken sword all the time; functionally her ult restores her sword and extends her attack range. You might want to give her a 2nd short sword to use until she activates her ult.
Sounds like a cool idea! The sword would be a problem... I don't mind the color scheme, maybe the armor should be a little less clean/modern looking(I'm thinking more cloth). She was a platoon leader or something in the past so it wouldn't be terrible for her to have a different color scheme or armor type than the usual?(whatever that is)
The concept is cool, but the colours are off. Surely as a noxian the colour scheme would be black and red.

Okay, being serious here I don't think it fits the theme of Noxus. If you look at any Noxian, they wear simple natural metal colors and a lot of intimidating spikes, blades, etc. Darius wears an almost rust looking armor, Sion's armor is more black metal, Singe's shield is all spiked and natural metal color too.
The dark green clunky plate really makes this fit more into the Commando skin line, since it looks fairly close to that of Commando Lux. Also, she probably wouldn't have shaved hair. That would fit more into the Piltover aesthetic, like with VI.
If you want to make her look more Noxian, just make her look more like a generic Grunt, then throw in all the flare.
