Quade (The Machinist)

As far as I'm aware, there is only one champion whose name begins with Q. I intend to suggest a champion to change all of that.

Quade is tall and burly, but still relatively young and fresh-faced. So, he's almost as tall as Braum, but not as muscly. He works as a mechanic, but not just any mechanic. He works on and helps test pilot Ziggs' and Heimerdinger's mecha suits! <:^D He wears only blue suspenders and brown work boots (Let there be pectoral shots). His face are messy from oil and his face is smudged with dirt and grime. However, underneath the simpleton facade with slight redneck overtones is a soft-hearted man. His hair is dirty blonde, his eyes are a piercing, vivid blue and there's a scar just above his left eye that slightly separates part of the eyebrow.

The weapon he carries is this enormous monkey wrench. Quade has a speech impediment. When he talks, he's insecure and stutters. However, he can sing really nicely/clearly and loves to do so when on the field of battle, where he's forced to fight. Sometimes, he sings of home. Other times, he sings impromptu ditties to taunt the enemy (Kind of like when Inigo and Fezzik were making up rhymes to annoy Vizzini in The Princess Bride).

Tank/Mage

Item Focus: Health, Armor, Magic Resist, Ability Power

Passive (Crafter's Touch): Nearby units (such as allies, turrets and minions, etc. like Heim's turrets) gain bonus Armor and Magic Resist. Full bonus goes to allies whilst half the bonus is distributed to turrets and minions. Scales with level.

Q (Swing Lo): Quade readies up (short delay like Darius) and then swings his staff sized monkey wrench from right to left. The area of effect for this ability is a 90-degree cone shape directly in front of Quade (45 to the left, 45 to the right). Enemy champions hit are tossed a short distance to the left (respective from which angle they were hit, of course). This is similar to Taliyah's W, except that the direction is fixed. It would make sense to have this ability mainly based off of AD, with some AP because of the fact that it's the wrench (AP) doing the hitting, whereas Quade's muscle (AD) is providing the momentum. If an enemy champion, that is caught in Quade's Q, collides with terrain, they are slowed for 2 seconds.

W (Oil Slick): Quade tosses a jar of oil, which bursts and quickly spreads to fill in the target area. This area becomes slippery and anyone who walks onto it starts sliding forward through the area. They can't stop their movement when in the area. They are forced to slide across to the other side. Think of it as a Bard tunnel, except it doesn't have anything to do with going through terrain and you can slide across from all the sides. If they collide with a wall on the immediate other side of the pool, they will stop at the terrain and may click to slide in another direction to get away.

E (Humming Beacon): Quade tosses a hovering, bronze, egg-shaped object. When it reaches its destination, it slows nearby enemies based on a percentage of your Magic Resist. After the duration is up or if an enemy champion gets too close, it explodes and deals magic damage based on a percentage of your Armor and a small percentage of Ability Power. They make a humming noise. That noise grows louder as they remain active until they finally explode.

R(Gear Up!): Quade channels for four seconds. During this time, he is vulnerable to damage, but his channel can only be disrupted by crowd control and channel disrupting effects. If it's disrupted, 90% of the cooldown and half the mana cost are refunded. He can cancel the channel manually by pressing R again. During this channel, Quade calls down a suit of mech armor straight from the labs. It's a prototype he's been working on and it looks like now is the best time to test it out. While in this suit, his movement speed is increased by 40, his AD is increased by 20% and his health, armor and magic resist are increased by 15%. His size in Mech form is much bigger than his usual size. His auto attack range is increased slightly. The suit is unstable, though...

When in Mech form, a grey bar appears above Quade's health bar. It is equal to half of Quade's maximum health. Armor and Magic resist stats (both base and bonus) apply regularly to this grey bar. When taking damage in Mech form, the grey bar is depleted. There is a flat decay of 2% of the grey bar's max health per second. When attacked, instead of Quade taking damage, damage is dealt to the suit's grey bar. When 50% of the bar is depleted, the Mech loses the movement speed bonus. When 65% of the grey bar is depleted, the Mech loses the AD, Armor and Magic Resist bonus. When 80% of the grey bar is depleted, movement speed is halved for the rest of the suit's duration, base decay is boosted from 2% max health per second to 3% max health per second and the self-destruct mode is ensured.

Quade can't use his abilities whilst in Mech form.

If Quade leaves the suit before losing 80%, the suit will immediately crumple to pieces and fade away. However, when the suit is locked into self-destruct mode and the grey bar is depleted, the suit will explode for flat damage plus a percentage of Ability Power. It can deal damage to enemies, allies, self and turrets. It deals more damage to those in close, melee proximity, compared to those who are further away. It takes Quade 2 seconds of channeling to get out of the Mech suit.

(Any numbers I toss out are just rough guesstimates. The people working at Riot will have a much better understanding than I of what stats to use, I'm sure. I hope you all like this champion idea. :^)

Really cool character, nice imagery x3 P: pretty nice not gonna lie Q: Ok W: Really fun E: Its a little weird, just reminds me of Lux atm, maybe have a longer duration of 26 seconds and create some cool zone control with the slow... might be really cool to go with a charge system as well? R: 1. I think 4 seconds is a lot, I would lower that to 3 or 2.5 2. I think its ok to use 60% of his health for the grey bar, not just 50 Though I had more to critique, but then I realized its a crazy shield that gives a lot of benefits Really cool overall :D I just looked at all the new things and everything was downvoted twice which is really stupid af.... you deserve more recognition:J nj
