Atom: The Nuclear Man

Lore: Atom was a low life living in Zaun, just barely making a living and lived on the streets. One day, a strange man saw him on the side of the road and walked up to Atom. He offered him a job for a lot of money and a bright future, the only catch was Atom had to help him with one thing. Desperate for money to get his life back together, Atom took the deal. But he never got his money. After entering the building, the man injected Atom with something, knocking him out. When he woke up he was in a cage with many other people. It was dark and creepy where ever he was. He could see a bright orange light coming from under the only door in the room and a horrible scream followed it. Shortly after the man came out of the room and grabbed a new prisoner and brought them into the room. The light came on and the scream hurt his ears. The man finally got to Atom and brought him into the room. "This is the one, I know it is." The man said, "I was so close last time and I think I fixed it enough that it should work." The man strapped Atom on a table and a strange machine was set over him . The man injected him with a strange liquid and attached different wires to him. "What is this? What are you doing to me?" Atom was freaking out and could barely talk. The man ignored his questions and flipped the switch to his machine. A bright orange beam shot out from the strange machine set over Atom, the beam hit Atom in the chest and was absorbed into Atom. Atom screamed in pain. Moments later a great explosion eurupted from Atom. When he woke up he saw that the room was destroyed, the machine in ruins, and the man that did this to him was in ashes. Atom stood up all the other prisoners in the cages had also been burnt. Atom looked around and saw that his hands were radiating with a fiery orange energy. Atom had been transmutated with the nuclear energy to become a nuclear man. He found that he could control his Atomic power and make energy blasts and explosions. Atom wanted to keep the city of Zaun safe from the crazy scientists that live in it. So he patrolled the streets helping those he could.

Description: I don't think league has enough fire champions, I mean it's just Annie, Brand, and shyvana. and weather or not you count Rumble is up to you, but the fact is we have a thousand champions with ice, like Ashe, Braum, sejuani, trundle, Lissandra, Taric, anivia, nunu, and all other freljord champions. I think we are due for a fire kind of champion. So Atom is supposed to be using a kind of fire/explosion magic in game.

Abilities:

Passive) Radioactive: Enemies close to atom will be given Radiation poisoning, and will be damaged by 50-85( based on level) every second, once leaving the radiation zone, enemies will continue to take damage for 2 seconds.

Q) Nova Blast: Atom channels Nova blast and is slowed by 35% while channeling, Atom can reactive Nova Blast to shoot a fiery beam in a target direction that damages all enemies hit for 70/110/140/170/200(+75%AP) the enemies hit are also applied with radiation poisoning for 3 seconds.

W) Partical Accelerator: Atom throws two balls of nuclear energy. The balls will go in a curved shape from where they were thrown and move away from each other, the balls will then curve back and hit each other causing an explosion on impact in a targeted location damaging enemies for 80/120/160/200/240(+75%AP) Atom will also get a speed boost for 35/45/55/65/75 that decays over 3 seconds.

E) Hazmat: Atom makes a shield 50/75/100/125/150(+75%AP) around himself or a target allied champion. If an Ally is given the shield they are given Radioactives' passive until the shield is down. If used on an enemy unit, Hazmat will cause a damage over time effect, dealing 35/45/55/65/75(+55%AP) every second for 3 seconds.

R) Going Nuclear: Atom channels for 3 seconds rooted in one spot, overheating and going nuclear. Once he has stopped channeling, he releases a giant nuclear blast that has a very wide range. Enemies hit by the blast are damaged by 250/500/750(+60%AP). If Atom is killed during channeling it won't stop the explosion just shrink the range and damage dealt by a present. Atom can cancel his ult by reactivating or if he is: taunted, knocked up, stunned, charmed, or polymorphed, canceling the ult sets it on a shortened cool down.
