Atom: The Nuclear Man

Lore: The battle between Noxus and Demacia rage on. The two armies clashing and seemed help from other regions, Noxus got Zaun to help them create weapons and Demacia got Piltover. Noxus wanted Zaun to make them a super soldier, one with the potential to wipe Demacia off the map. Zaun agreed to work on this project but needed a volunteer from Noxus to become the super soldier. Atom was a young man, not the strongest or the fastest but always tried to do the best he could for Noxus. Hearing that Noxus needed someone to volunteer to be experimented on in Zaun to become a super soldier, Atom was scared but decided to go through with it so he could serve Noxus even more. Arriving in Zaun, Atom was taken to a lab where they ran tests on him. They gave him a room to stay in for a few nights while they finished making the procedure. Finally, it was time for Atom to become Noxus' next hero. The scientists set him on a table that had a strange device hung above it. Attaching a few wires and monitors to Atom the scientists back out of the room and watched Atom as the machine turned on. A syringe filled with strange glowing substance was injected into Atom, the machine began zapping a strange orange glowing beam into Atom's chest and he began to glow himself. After a minute, the machine powered down and the procedure was completed. Atom found that he was given a powerful energy infused into him, and was able to control it to make nuclear blasts and explosions. The scientists tested Atom's limits and capabilities for many weeks. The day came where a representative from Noxus came to Zaun to witness Atom's new power. Atom gave him a demonstration by making a giant creator in a wide open field outside of Zaun. The representative seemed pleased. Heading back to the lab Atom saw the Noxus man talking to the scientists and he seemed to be talking about Atom but it didn't look like they were talking about anything good. Atom couldn't hear them through the glass but when they were done talking a scientist came into the room with a needle and told Atom to hold still. Afraid of what they were trying to do Atom ran away and out of the lab. He could hear the scientists screaming after him. Atom ran into the Noxus man in the hallway and the Man looked at him and spoke. "Have they not taken care of you yet? I guess I will do it my self." The man pulled a small knife from his coat and came at Atom with it. Atom used his power on the man vaporizing him instantly. Atom continued his run and escaped the building. Confused on why they had tried to kill him after he was such a success. Atom fled from Zaun and went into hiding he couldn't return to Noxus because he didn't know what they would do or why they wanted to kill him. Atom's loyalty for Noxus faded away and he had come to hate them and Zaun and swore he would get answers even if he had to destroy all of Noxus to do it.

Abilities:

Passive) Radiation: Enemies within a certain area of Atom are infected by Radiation, which damages them for 45-70(based on level) every second they are in the radiation zone.

Q) Nova Beam: Atom fires a beam of atomic energy in a targeted direction, the beam passes through all units damaging them by 60/90/120/150/180(+75%AP) if an enemy champion is killed by this ability, they will explode damaging other enemies in a small area around them. By 75% of Nova Beams initial damage.

W) Particle Accelerator: Atom throws two balls of atomic energy that move to the targeted location in an arc, traveling for Atom's hands going into an arc and meeting each other in the targeted location. The Atomic balls will explode one the arc path they take, dealing 50/70/90/110/130(+70%AP). Once the Atomic balls meet, they explode dealing 80/120/160/200/240(+70%AP) after using Particle Accelerator, Atom gains a speed boost for 35/45/55/65/75 that decays over 3 seconds.

E) Energy Field: Atom makes a Atomic shield around himself or a targeted allied champion. 50/60/70/80/90(+70%AP). If the shield is destroyed before it goes through its duration it will explode damaging enemies within a small area by 50/60/70/80/90(+70%AP).

R) Meltdown: Atom becomes rooted to a spot for 4 seconds channeling, once Atom has channeled meltdown, he releases a giant nuclear explosion that has a wide range. Enemies hit by the blast are damaged by 250/500/750(+60%AP) If Atom is killed, polymorphed, knocked up, or charmed, it will cancel meltdown and set it on a shortened cool down.

Taunts: *While taunting Atom will be engulfed in flames and the flames will grow brighter and bigger until the taunt is over, then they will subside. 1 "The only thing radioactive here, is going to be you." 2 "Careful, I have a short fuse." 1 Taunting Darius: "Remember me, Cause I remember you!" Taunting Kat "Your little knifes don't scare me." Taunting Viktor "And you thought robots were the next evolution." Taunting Varus "You look familiar, oh yes, now I remember I helped burn your people." Taunting Swain "I have some questions for you." Taunting Garen: "I have waited a long time for this!" Taunting J4: "You will burn along with Demacia!" Taunting Zac: "And they thought you were their ultimate weapon."
