Atom: The Nuclear Man

Lore: As a boy, Atom was not as strong as all the other soldier's sons in Noxus, he was weak and picked on constantly by all the other bigger kids. Atom wasn't very fast either and most of the time couldn't out run his foes. Atom grew up seeking power that would get him the respect he craved, he still joined the army of Noxus but wasn't their best soldier. Atom was a coward running from most fights that is how he lasted so long. Hearing that Zaun would be working on a special experiment to make a super weapon for Noxus to destroy Demacia, Atom volunteered to be that super soldier. He was taken to Zaun were they injected him with strange medicines and wired him up to a large machine, he was told that the machine would infuse him with Nuclear power and magic to make him the ultimate weapon Zaun had ever made. The scientists turned on the machine, Atom was being infused with the nuclear power. Suddenly, a great explosion erupted from the machine, destroying the lab and all inside, accept one. Atom emerged from the ashes of the lab, unharmed. He looked down at his hands, they radiated with an intense fiery glow along with his head. Atom found he could control this strange nuclear power and would use it to get the respect and honor he craved so much, and if he happened to vaporize a few of his child hood bullies along the way, so be it.

Abilities:

Passive) Radiation: Enemies within a certain area of Atom are infected by Radiation, which damages them for 45-80(based on level) every second they are in the radiation zone. Once leaving the radiation zone, enemies continue to take damage from radiation for 2 more seconds. Atom also gains +35% magic penetration to enemies effected by radiation.

Q) Nova Blast: Atom blasts an energy beam in a target direction, damaging all enemies it passes through 60/90/120/150/180(+70%AP) if an enemy isn't effected by radiation, being hit by the Nova Blast will apply Radiation for 2 seconds. If an enemy is effected by radiation and is hit by Nova Blast, Atom is healed for the total damage of Radiation(45-80) per (radiated) target hit.

W) Particle Accelerator: Atom throws two balls of atomic energy that move to the targeted location in an arc, traveling for Atom's hands going into an arc and meeting each other in the targeted location. The Atomic balls will explode one the arc path they take, dealing 50/70/90/110/130(+70%AP). Once the Atomic balls meet, they explode dealing 80/120/160/200/240(+70%AP) after using Particle Accelerator, Atom gains a speed boost for 35/45/55/65/75 that decays over 3 seconds. Radiated enemies hit by Particle Accelerator are slowed by 25%.

E) Hazmat: Atom makes a shield 50/75/100/125/150(+75%AP) around himself or a target allied champion. If an Ally is given the shield, their basic attacks apply radiation until the shield is down. If used on an enemy unit, Hazmat will cause a damage over time effect, dealing 35/45/55/65/75(+55%AP) every second for 3 seconds.

R) Meltdown: Passive) Upon death, Atom will lose control of his nuclear power and will begin to have a meltdown that will last for 4 seconds. during this time, Atom is unable to move from his spot and can't cast any abilities other then his ult, which causes Atom to explode into a nuclear blast that has a very wide range. Enemies hit by the blast are damaged by 250/500/750(+60%AP). Atom will still give vision while in meltdown and his passive will still apply to enemies who are close to him while in meltdown. This passive will not apply unless Atom's ult is up, so dying during ult will not set him into Meltdown.

Active) Atom channels for 3 seconds rooted in one spot, overheating and going nuclear. Once he has stopped channeling, he releases a giant nuclear blast that has a very wide range. Enemies hit by the blast are damaged by 250/500/750(+60%AP). If Atom is killed during channeling it won't stop the explosion just shrink the range and damage dealt by a present. Atom can cancel his ult by reactivating or if he is: taunted, knocked up, stunned, charmed, or polymorphed, canceling the ult sets it on a shortened cool down.

Atom is supposed to be a Mage that thrives against 1v1 fights against close range champions, forcing them into his radiation zone and quickly using his powerful skill set to vaporize them.

Taunts: *While taunting Atom will be engulfed in flames and the flames will grow brighter and bigger until the taunt is over, then they will subside. 1 "The only thing radioactive here, is going to be you." 2 "Careful, I have a short fuse." 1 Taunting Darius: "Remember me, Cause I remember you!" Taunting Swain "You don't deserve that power, or that title!" Taunting Garen: "I have waited a long time for this!" Taunting J4: "You will burn along with Demacia!" Taunting Zac: "And they thought you were their ultimate weapon."

Jokes: 1 "My friends say I have an explosive personality." *makes atomic balls of energy in his hands.
2 "I think I am having a melt down. *makes atomic balls of energy in his hands.
