Ionian General! (Jax's counter 0-0?!) Tied to best dueler in game

Just a thread of my brainstormed champion. This is a highly WIP concept but please give feed back and maybe abilities/play style suggestions!

New champion Brain storm •Ionian general •Master of arts (what art?) •Ties with Jax for best 1v1 dueler. •Amazing late Game •Deals true damage. •X rose up through the ranks from just a soldier in the Ionian army since he was 8 and quickly learned how to dance and leap(?) around his opponent with such gracefulness and with such way that were truly horrifying. He was best duelist in the world and an ionian general until a challenger who lost to him hired Jax to defeat him. To regain his reputation and honor, he left one night and trained to be the best once more and joined the league to defeat Jax. •Built like of Jarvan (his body not build) he prefers fighting with a/his •hammer as a weapon? (Probably not but maybe) •unusual weapon or a strong but not overly popular one •Monk staff ? •Jax is kind of like vayne. Maybe this guy Is like draven(in terms of playstyle.)(maybe X has the mobility and true damage vs Jax's cc/armor and attackspeed/3rd auto.)
