My take on what the kayle's rework going to be.
Preface //While i know Kayle's rework is on its final stages at this point, i can't help but to make prediction on what the changes are going to be. At some point i had too much fun getting lost in my own thoughts that i manage to create what i think is quite a solid kayle rework. The damage values here are just to give an idea of weather the abilities do weak, ok, or a lot of damage, so do take them with a pinch of salt. The ability names could use some work as well.
Disclaimer: i don't play league competitively,so i don't know too much on the current meta or strategies, i just thought of things that would make the fantasy of playing kayle an enjoyable experience. oh and also, i'm not a kayle main. this might not be what kayle mains want, so pls don't get too offended as i am just sharing my thoughts.//

Passive: Might of the Judicator After using an ability, kayle's sword is charged with magical energy. For the next 6/9/12 (similar to how GP's E cooldown scales) seconds her attacks becomes projectiles that launch from her sword. Her attack range increases to vayne's and she deals 8-30 + 12% AP extra magic damage to the target.
Q - Holy Sweep 10 Seconds cooldown, -0.3 seconds per auto attack 45/50/55/60/65 mana cost
kayle dashes while swinging her sword at an arc (from left to right), dealing X%AD+Y% AP+ 6/6.7/7.5/8/9.5% of target's missing health as physical damage and slows them by 20/25/32/40/50% for 2 seconds.
(the arc is 220 degrees which starts behind Kayle and ends somewhere northeast of her, making the right side her blind side. The dash is probably only as far as kayn's Q)
W - Divine Blessing 22/20/18/16/14 seconds cooldown 75/80/85/90/95 mana cost
kayle spreads her wings and for the next 3 seconds she is slowed by 30%. Each second she radiates a healing wave from herself that heals for 20/28/36/45/54 + 25%AP to nearby allies, while crippling nearby enemies by 25/30/35/40/45% for 1 second.
If kayle is crowd controlled by an enemy during her W, she creates a gust from her wings that instantly knocks enemies back, and her W stops channeling. She will not be CCd by the attack but her 30% slow remains and Divine Blessing's cooldown duration is reduced by 25%
E - Avenger 18/17/15/12.5/10 seconds cooldown 60/65/70/75/80 mana cost
For the next 1.5 seconds kayle gains damage reduction of 40% + 5% for each nearby allies, but 50% of the damage that those allies take will be transferred to kayle. After the duration ends, kayle gains 40/55/70/85/100% increased attack speed and her attacks heals her for 8/12/16/20/24 + 12% AP per hit for the next 3 seconds.
R - Divine Intervention 130/110/80 seconds cooldown 100 mana cost
on activation: A beam of light descents upon kayle, granting her and nearby allies a one use spell shield
Lingering effect - holy smite: every second, the heavens will smite nearby enemy champions, dealing 12/18/25 + 12%AP true damage and slowing them for 20% for 1.5 seconds. The next holy smite won't target the same enemy unless kayle autos that enemy soon after they were last struck. Holy smite lasts for 6/9/12 seconds. Slow from holy smite can stacks until 80%. The first champion struck will always be the closest one to kayle.
(this means kayle needs to keep autoing one champion for the smite to keep hitting that champion)
Some notes:
- W's radius is probably 50% more of taric's q
- E's radius is probably about her ranged auto attack's range
- On cast R's radius is probably the same as her W's while holy smite's range is 20% more than her ranged autos
