Skin preview tool

Hey Riot, do you think you could come up with some sort of preview tool for skins?

I ask this because seeing a splash for a skin really doesn't do it justice, and sometimes it does it too much justice.

Idk about everyone else, but one of the main reasons that I buy and use skins is for the effects. What's the point of purchasing a Pentakill skin when all that's different is how the character looks? I would like to see different effects for almost every skin for every champ. I realize this is A) besides the point and B) a lot to ask, but this is how I feel.

Getting back on topic, it would be nice to play the skin or see how it looks in game before purchasing so as not to waste RP or bother Riot all the time with refund requests.
