The new Xerath

I like the new Xerath a lot (of course, I liked the old one as well).

That being said, I have a couple of suggestions/observations.

It seems to me that his E doesn't quite travel the full distance indicated when one mouses over the spell or goes to cast it. It vanishes just short of max range. It may just be me, but this is what I've noticed.

Also, his new ult kicks ass (pardon my language). However, I can't help but feel that it could be a little bit better with either slightly increased missile speed or a slightly larger burst radius. I say this because when I played in ARAM, many of my shots missed because they were either too slow or my enemy was just outside the target range. I understand that movement is a large part of the game and that his ult is very much a skillshot, particularly when it comes to leading your target and aiming just ahead of them. Be that as it may, it concerns me that even a practiced Xerath could miss simply because his arcane bolt isn't fast enough and thereby waste his ult. I just think that perhaps his ult would be more useful if it were a tad easier to hit things.

Food for thought.

Gl hf all out there :),

Yeah, Xerath is by far one of my favorite mages, mostly because of his ability to dominate CS.

I really agree with the ult not being able to travel fast enough to its target location (especially late game when the enemy team builds movement speed of some sort). It may be that the difficulty in landing the ult once or even three times in succession is countered by its massive range and its versatility. Anyone who plays Xerath finds that the most effective use of Rite of the Arcane is to finish off escaping enemies. But it is also an amazing asset when ganking, as its range can safely damage an enemy champion from the jungle.

I haven't really noticed the range of Shocking Orb...gonna have to look into that...
