Illaoi update and New champion that partners with Illaoi

Passive: spawns tentacles that randomly crash in a random direction when illaoi is not near and have extended reach and slam radius

Q: slam and enemy hit by E increasing slam damage by 10% Slam: deals current health damage + 90-450 level damage Slam: (increases it’s damage by 5% for 1, 10% for 11, and 15% for 16

W: throws idol at enemy unit that does a whirlwind slash with spectral tentacles slowing enemy units down {skill shot} does AD dmg + flat 30-110 damage

E: releases a tentacles in a cone shape that pulls spirits from champions forward {short range} goes through minions , and roots enemies for 1 seconds cool down is 45 seconds , reduced by being hit by enemy champions\monsters

Deals 100-550 monster damage and spawns a uncontrollable tentacle that slams the monster 1 time in direction Illaoi is facing before vanishing into bubbles all other nearby tentacles will hit target area for 25% reduce damage
