Harley Quinn Jinx Skin?

With the release of the second Yasuo and Lucian skins recently, it has me thinking why not a Harley Quinn Jinx Skin? She's already a natural joker and cause of mayhem in Piltover. Maybe they could throw in a bit of lore relating to her backstory as well? (maybe something to do with Shaco?). Just pitching an idea, if it interests you, discuss and support this to maybe get Riot's attention.

i made a discussion talking about jinx and someone told me they most likely wont add a skin unless roit just fell in love with it so yeah Amumu D;

It'd be so good if they made one! The Mafia Jinx is alright but I feel like the HQ Jinx just has so much potential.
