Champion Concept: Pet trainer

We should have very unique champions that are fun and hard to play. We don't have any champion that has a pet permanently. So here is my idea:

Passive: The Pet - You have another champion as a Pet that is under your control. He share the same rune, masteries, and summoner spell. His summoner spells have 25% more cooldown but does not share the cooldown with you. The Pet do not share items with you and your gold are separate. The Pet gets 1 gold for every 4 gold you earn. "Equal" Sharing - When you and your Pet are within 1000 range, your Pet do not get any experience and is not counted when calculating experience sharing. When your level is higher than your Pet's, your Pet get 1% of of experience per second (will level up in 100 seconds after you). R - Switch control: Switch who you control (the champion or the Pet). If you cast a spell holding ALT key, the unit that you are not controlling will cast the spell. You have this spell at level 1 and all your basic spells cap at rank 6. This spell can be casted no matter what happened (even CC'ed or dead) to the unit you control.

The basic spells should have different actives for the champion and the Pet.

This champion (or champions) should be not bad early game, pretty bad mid game (no ult burst, and the Pet will have a hard time getting items), and very strong late game (6v5).

My brother had same idea, but it is kinda broken having another champ in the team. And you have to be more specific, other abilities and how it is about gold? The big problem I think is about gold. Does enemies get gold when they kill the "champion" you don't control right now? Add this if you want more specific coment.
