Heimerdinger is just cancer early game...

Heimerdinger is SO OP early game. He just can't lose lane. He is fun to play -watching your opponent die- but unfun to play against. So here is my suggestion: Q: At spell rank 1 and 2, Heimerdinger can put down up to 2 turrets, 3 turrets for rank 3 and 4, and 4 turrets for rank 5. Turrets' damage to champion is reduced to 50% for rank 1 and 2, 75% for rank 3 and 4, and full damage for rank 5. This make his early game less cancer and give his opponent a chance to shut him down. But if Heimerdinger win his lane, he will be very strong mid game.

2 words:

Play Syndra

Syndra's Q and W can easily deal with the Donger's turrets and plus she has hard CC with her E. And let's mention her R which deals a crap-ton of damage if you get at least 6 Balls summoned and the Donger doesn't have Zhonya's or it's on cooldown

Syndra (She's still a viable pick against most AP Mids right now by the way)

Heimerdinger is super weak mid/lategame unless he has plenty of time to set turrets in an area (when defending or sieging). I think that making him weak early will just make him worthless. His winrate in Plat+ is high because he requires a lot of team communication to beat early, and just ends up snowballing, but he's far from unbeatable -- just cs what you can and kill him at your powerspike.

I agree. It's especially depressing if you're melee. In that case all you can do is hug tower.

Heimer is a lane bully, yes. But unlike most lane bullies, he will only kill you if you majorly fuck up.

Unlike others, Annie Leblanc etc, who will either kill you or force you to back whenever their cooldowns are up.

Well, I played against an Olaf the other day. That bitch is pure cancer in the worst form. Pick it up, throw it, pick it up, throw it, pick it up, throw it. Pentakill. While Heimerdinger is really powerful early, mid, and late game, sometimes you just have to deal with it and learn how to play against it. I'm a Yasuo main myself, and you could imagine how cancer it is when I go against an Azir. Fortunately, I've learned how to avoid his sand soldiers and give myself room to get a successful kill.

You just have to learn how to adapt :)
