Champion Concept: Inari - The Hand of Masterpiece

You never saw this coming: This concept is based off of Yusuke Kitagawa, better known as the Phantom Thief "Fox" from Persona 5. I will write lore later...I don't have much time today. And yes, Nasu, I am aware that this would pretty much be copyright infringement if anyone ever took this seriously. This is purely for sport, cause that game was a freakin masterpiece, and thus I will leave this as the official disclaimer: THIS IS IN NO WAY INTENDED FOR USE IN ANY FORM WITH THE ACTUAL GAME. I just want to see how well a Persona character can translate to LoL, since we're getting Joker in SSBU. That is all.

I'd suggest this champion concept as a jungler, due to the nature of his passive and his E.

150 unit attack range, made with a katana.

Passive: Living Art - Once per 180s, Inari can channel within 500 units of an ally to refresh an ultimate used by an ally (once they unlock it), or lower the cooldown of a summoner spell used by an ally by 120s. (This will recharge BOTH charges of Smite...if you're not the jungler.) Inari cannot use this ability on his own summoner spells or ultimate. (this means that he can lower the cooldown of, for example, an ally's heal summoner from 240s to 120s, but he can only do this once every 3 minutes, not shared between allies.) For those of you who have not played P5, this is his unique power in the game.

Q: Bullet Chisel - Inari draws a rifle and fires, dealing damage to the first enemy in a line. Stores 6/7/8/9/10 charges. Damage: 5/10/15/20/25(+35%AD) per shot

W: Myriad Strikes - Inari swings his blade in a 350 unit, 100 degree cone in front of him 3 times over 1s, dealing damage to all enemies hit. This ability may critically strike. Inari heals for 30% of the total damage dealt. (10% heal per hit) I have to give him some sustain, so even though in P5 this usually costs hp, I'm gonna bend the rules a bit or this concept would suck.

E: Passionate Summoning - Inari dashes forwards, dealing damage to enemies he passes near to. Upon the end of this dash, Inari calls upon the strength of his inner spirit. His next 3 basic attacks deal 120/130/140/150/160% damage, and convert half to magic damage.

R: Diamond Dust - Inari brings his greatest creation to life, summoning a large, icy zone that slows enemies by 35% while in its area. After 3s, the area snap-freezes, dealing damage and freezing enemies for 2.5s. While frozen, Myriad Strikes will always critically strike, and Bullet Chisel will deal double damage to the afflicted enemy.

OK three things i want say here.

  1. Lmfao i wouldnt call this copyright since you did make alterations, and its from a fighting game/anime Masterpiece (what do you know i love Persona series as well, haven't played 5 though but my Elizabeth ( cursed conductor from 4(last boss chick ) was a god.
  2. The move sets from fighting games always have a hard time translating into lol but this kit works somewhat, couple things I'd improve with the w and the e ( come on man put some more in his kit maybe w can be like Aatrox q you know spice it up some more )
  3. Am actually interested in seeing more characters from other games/anime be remodeled to fit in league ( check out my Dante and terromi concepts, DMC and blaze blue respectively, might move on to guilty gear )

And for some reason am flattered that you mentioned me in the opening of this concept would love to see you tweek this so he feels more dynamic and would love even more if you made a concept about the other God like characters in persona I'd do some my self but am a bit bogged down at work. Chow for now [vlad-salute]

Is persona 5 really that good?

I mean it's a really long game, and I often lose interest when I'm like only half way through a story game. My friends played it and they said it's good, I don't have any consoles though... just my good old laptop.
