When will Zed chroma pack be released? 5.15 or 5.16 or later?

I asked for it in surr at 20, and they said that it's STILL unavailable on the pbe cause of VFX issues ( does it take THAT long to fix it ?? ) . Hope it's coming for 5.16 with ( plz ) a new project : zed skin.
