Creator Viktor is host of the Battlecast skins. PROJECT: Yi seems be representative of the PROJECT skins.

Is Blood Lord Vladimir the host of the Blood Moon or Sanguine skins? Or is it going to be Warwick, maybe? What if Warwick becomes a 1350 RP Blood Lord skin where all others are 975?
