anivia skin design

I know anivia has a legendary skin already but I have an amazing idea for a new skin for .....fire phoenix anivia fire wall fireball for q ultimate is a fire storm that scorches the ground and e is a blast of fire coming. its my dream to have an ultimate anivia skin the only parts of the skin design are that I cant draw it and fire isn't exactly supposed to slow people can anyone draw even just a base sketch of this skin design?
