PING PING!!

anyone elses ping absolutely unplayable? it just started all of a sudden around noon today it spiked immediately to 500-600 and now it wont go back down no matter what I do. Ive reset my router multiple times theres nobody home ive turned off all other electronic/wifi devices and any other thing that could be causing the problem yet still get 500-600 ping. the lowest its been is 300. Is this happening to anybody else?

Almost every day from 7-9 o'clock eastern my ping randomly jumps to 9000 ping / i have a 5 second delay, it happens in 15 second bursts.

24 ms, what it normally is, no issues here.
