[Champion Concept] Sparx the Hexmage
Lore: Raised in the slums of Zaun, Sparks had to fight to survive. With her innate magic and unique hextech gear Sparx roams the streets of Zaun to protect the children that don't have protection.
Passive: Volts Sparx does not have mana. Instead Sparx uses voltage to cast her abilities (max 100) Sparx gains 1 volt per 2 seconds passively (increased by mana regen) . After standing still for 1.25 seconds Sparx starts charging. Charging: increases volt gain by 300% and generates an electric field that deals 20/40/60 + 15% ap damage per second around herself. At 100 voltage Sparx's next ability gains additional effects. (overcharge)
Q Ball of Lightning (25 volts 2 second cooldown): Sparx Hurls a ball of lightning dealing damage to the first enemy struck. 75 / 115 / 155 / 195 / 235 (+ 75% AP). Overcharge: Upon colliding with an enemy, Ball of Lightning will damage four other nearby enemies as well.
W Lightning Strike (30 volts 5 second cooldown): Sparx charges for up to two seconds (increasing range) before letting loose a thunderbolt at target location. (think xerath w) 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 60% AP). Overcharge: Lightning strike deals 25% additional damage and slows by 30% for 1.25 seconds.
E Tether Trap (30 volts) (5 second cooldown): Sparx lobs a contraption that attaches to the first champion struck deals 35/55/75/95/115 + 25% ap . Once attached the contraption creates a tether with the champion. (lasts 1.5 seconds) If the champion ventures 300 units away from the contraption they are stunned for 1.25 seconds and are dealt the initial damage again. Overcharge: Tethered champion is grounded while tethered.
R Capacitor overload(no cost 100/90/80 second cooldown): Sparx overloads her hextech machinery shooting a wave of electricity that deals 125/200/300 +50% ap in a cone and silencing enemies struck for .5 seconds. For the next 6/8/10 seconds sparks gains Charging even while moving and gains 15/20/25% decaying(?) movement speed.
Thoughts: As always numbers could be tweaked. This might actually be too simple for Riots more...shall we say extravagant tastes lately. Also, idk what the item build would be like since she doesn't need mana (but does need mana regen).
