Sending the "balance trolley" down track B will spare the lives of the LCS, kill the regular players, and it will look awesome doing it.

Sending it down track A would kill the LCS, and spare the regular players, but not look very awesome.

That's the joke being made by the OP. Of course, he's using the Trolley Problem as a metaphor for the balance of the game, not as an actual life or death decision.
