Leblanc rework idea.

I have an idea for a Leblanc rework that I would like to share. I am not a Leblanc main so I believe that I'm not knowledgeable enough about her to add numbers however I main mid lane so I have some knowledge of her and I've played her before. My rework idea aims to make Leblanc more fun to play against.

Passive: Same.

Q: No more bonus damage when another ability hits a marked target. Silences instead.

A lot of players don't like how Leblanc can quickly do her q then r and deal a lot of damage while being both targeted abilities. I added a silence so she can do her combo more reliably as a part of her compensation for the damage loss.

W: More damage but distributed differently. Decreased mana cost. About 60% of the damage at the landing point and 40% of the damage at the return point.

Players don't like how Leblanc can deal damage and return to safety. I added a damage source to her return point to engourage Leblanc to take more risk to maximise their damage by being very close to their opponent (Maybe while her target is silenced or her passive to reposition while invisible) when using and reactivating w. The lower mama cost is so Leblanc can use W more frequently.

E: longer range. A little help for Leblanc to engage.

R: Same.
