Then I’ll tell you how I will, First I’ll slice you my Rayzor, then zap you with my Taser, Make a gash with a Slash then boom a lightning Flash, When I Engage I’ll make sure that you feel Enraged Then I’ll end it with some Doom and a nice big Kaboom. My name is Hexx and this is what I do, I pull myself in then ult on top of you, I'll zap you with my whip and cut you with my gun, I may have gotten those confused but eh, it'll still be fun. So you better watch out, I’m breaking out into the scene, Get ready to get Hexxed by me inside the League.
Hexx, the Freestyle Child – Hexx is a Yordle from Zaun. She lives for action and fighting and doesn’t really know much else, abandoned as a child she was left all by herself. She was raised in the streets and had to fight to survive. When she noticed people enjoying her battle she started to feel alive. A group of different with numbers on their face, watched her as she fought, and brought her back to their place. She showed them what she learned and how she’d freestyle and dance. They helped her make some weapons to give her a better chance. She would psyche the audiences up with a nice pre-battle rap, then with the enemy confused or bored she would go on the attack. When the people watching seemed like they weren’t having any fun, she’d amp up the action with an elctecro whip and taser gun. But as the audiences grew so did her infamy, and she ended making a lot of enemies. She was left with a tough choice of what was next to do, either leave her only home or risk facing her own doom. So with a heavy heart she left looking towards the setting sun, wondering where else she could go to fight her way to Number 1.
Her personality is a mix of confidence and ignorance. She is very sure of her abilities in battle, but because that is all she knows, she comes off as strange to most of the world. All she knows how to talk about it fighting because that’s all she’s ever done, the only thing she’s ever had going for her. So while in combat she feels right at home, when it comes to anything else, she feels like a total outsider.

Role: Primary - Mage/ADC
Abilities:
Passive: Kill for the Thrill – After Hexx gets a kill or assist, for the next 5 seconds abilities cast in Rayzor form deal additional magic damage equal to 10% of her AP, and abilities cast in Taser form will deal additional physical damage equal to 10% of her AD.
Q: Rayzor and Taser: Cool down: Static .9 seconds. No Mana Cost.
Toggle Off – Rayzor; the Electric Whip: While toggled off, Hexx is considered a melee champion. Auto attacks in Razor form deal additional magic damage equal to 1/2/3/4/5% of her ability power; this effect is doubled while Kill for Thrill is active. Auto attack range in Razor form is 200.
Toggle On – Taser; the Shock Gun: While toggled on, Hexx is considered a ranged champion. Auto attacks in Taser form deal additional physical damage equal to 1/2/3/4/5% of her attack damage; this effect is doubled while Kill for the Thrill is active.. Auto attack range is Taser form is 550.
W: Slash and Flash: Cool down: 10/9/8/7/6 Mana Cost: 45/55/65/75/85
When in Rayzor form Hexx casts Slash: Hexx carves a circle with her whip around her, damaging enemy champions (both on the circle and inside of it). Once the circle is complete, she pulls any champions damaged with Slash towards her. Range 320. Magic Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 + (60% AP)
When in Taser form Hexx casts Flash: Hexx shoots a flash blast into the ground beneath her, damaging near-by champion, any champions damaged with Flash is knocked back and is stunned for .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds. Range 320. Knockback Distance: 100. Physical Damage: 80/120/160/200/240 + (60% AD)
Both of this ability’s forms go on cool down when one is cast, changing forms will not reset the cool down.
E: Engage and Enrage: Cool down: 20/18/16/14/12 Mana Cost: 60/70/80/90/100
When in Razor form Hexx casts Engage: Hexx send out her whip trying to latch on to an enemy unit, if it lands, she pulls herself towards the target and ensnares them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. Magic Damage: 75/115/155/195/235 + (40% AP). Range 800.
When in Taser form Hexx casts Enrage: Hexx hits target enemy unit with a powerful shock blast dealing AoE splash damage, reducing their armor and magic resist by 10% for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. The recoil from the blast sends Hex flying back to just outside of her max auto attack range; 560 units. Range 600. Physical Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 + (60% AD). Splash Physical Damage: 40/60/80/100/120 + (30% AD) Splash Range 100.
Both of this ability’s forms go on cool down when one is cast, changing forms will not reset the cool down.
R: Doom and Kaboom: Cool down: 100/90/80 Mana Cost: 125/125/125 Hexx charges Rayzor and Taser (1 second channel) together sending out a large electric AoE shockwave bubble; radius of 700/900/1100 (from hex's position) at levels 6/11/16, that slows enemy champions on the way out by 20/30/40% for 2 seconds, then the shockwave collapses back in on hex after 3 seconds at max radius, dealing massive damage to enemies inside of it. The ability can be interrupted only during the initial channel. *Doom and Kaboom will not go on cool down if she is killed during the channel. Damage 300/500/700 + (40%AP) + (40%AD) at levels 6/11/16.
Art Note: I did not make the original outline, that was a Tristana image i found since out of the current Yordles she is the closest to how i want Hexx to look. I am not really artistic so coloring something to the scheme i wanted was the best i could do.
Other note: I posted this once before with Hexx being Jinx's sister, (i choose to believe it's not Vi), but i felt i liked the character more this way, so i deleted the original and changed it to this.
Balancing note: I made the numbers up using similar abilities or champions as references, as to whether or not they're accurate can really only be determined by Riot and their balancing team. And if they're curious as to if if i got it right they are MORE than welcome to take this champion concept, make a 3-d model for it, animations, program the abilities, and put in the numbers just for the sake of doing so. And then if they wanna release it, go for it.
