Imagine if all the monsters in the jungle were gigantic, or a random camp was made to gigantic with a quest box appearing to let you know which camp got Jurassified, and the supersized camp gave a massive though very temporary buff for your team. The catch to make it harder, no smite enabled in the game mode. If you need an idea of how big i'm talking for camps, check out this video
Or if camps all dealt increased damage and aggressively sought out champions. PvP in the lanes, but every now and then a Wild gromp appears and gets a double kill. That would feel like jurassic rift.
A PvE mode would be a quite cool concept for a featured game mode.

they'd also need to do the same thing they did in Ascension, the "Smite" abilities (Nunu Q and Cho Ult) wouldn't be capable of killing the Jurassicafied jungle camp, but only bring it down to 1 hp.

Or there is no teams, instead there is just 10 players protecting against a bunch of huge roaming monsters and a more direct army of smaller monsters streaming out of Red Base. To win they have to get all the way to Red Base and destroy the Nexus I guess. Trick is I think there would have to be some super fast, killer monster defending the enemy Nexus. Maybe 4-5 Baron Nashors are just like swarming and can move across Red Base and Dragons are all around the borders of the Red Base.
