Mercy The Nano Doctor

This will be a short champion concept I will add some thing's to it later but right now I don't have the time!

This might be really rubbish I put this up really fast

Appearance:She has white hair with a small halo on top of her hair she wears a sliver-ish suit that has robotic Valkyrie wings on it she has high heels that are blueish color and has a robotic staff.

Role:Support primary

Overview:Mercy is a strong support primary that's heavily dependent on her teammate she revolve around very strong positioning and supporting her teammate at the best of her ability.While playing mercy you must be very careful on which ability you want to use and when it's a good time to use them.Her teammate will be main source of protection and damage since she doesn't want to get too close but close enough so she can support her teammate.Never go alone with Mercy since she has no self defense once so ever. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Stats Health: 515 (+75) Health regen 5.9 (+0.55) Attack damage: 55 (+2) Attack speed:0.575 (+3%) Armor: 28 (+2) Magic resist: 30 (+0.50) Movement speed: 340 The idea around her stats is to give her a little bit of natural tankness so she can handle herself.Only for a little amount of time.Also she would have a bit higher movement speed then the other support.She get's it from her robotic wings :3 (SHES NOT AIRBORNE)

Passive Emergency Nano Healing: When Mercy is below 30% Hp she activates her super nano technology increasing her healing by 50% Cooldown: 3 minute

Q Nano Healing stream: Mercy sends out a healing beam to a target ally attaching it to them if Mercy is too far away from them it will stop.The beam will heal them for 30/60/90/120/150 (+65% bonus ability power) Per second Mana cost: 20/40/60/80/100 Per second Cooldown: 10/8/6/4/2 Quotes when using this ability: "Healing stream is ready!" "Nano go!" "I got ya!"

(Note) Using w while casting q it will cancel your q and the other way around

W Nano Increase:Mercy sends a beam to a ally increasing their fight ability's making them deal 15% more damage.If Mercy get's too far away from her ally the bream will be broken. Mana cost: 20/40/60/80/100 Per second Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 (Might increase the damage on this) Quotes When using ability "Time to destroy." "Let's do this!"

E Angelic flight: Mercy spreads her wings And fly towards a ally giving them a shield with 100/150/200/250/300 (+70% bonus ability power) and also increasing their movement speed by 10% Mana cost: 80/100/120/140/160 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Quotes when using this ability: "Your guardian angel has arrived." "Here I am." "Whew I finally catch up!" "On my way!"

I have 2 ult ideas for her

First R (I like this one the most) Heroes Rise up: Mercy resurrect any ally she chose with 50% of their health and mana/energy/ect to her location. Cooldown: 200/180/160 Mana cost: 100/200/300 Quotes when using this ultimate ability: "Heroes never die." "Rise up and protect this land!" "Wait your not a hero!" (This might be op)

Second R Nano swarm: Mercy sends out a nano swarm healing every ally for 80/120/160 (+80 bonus ability power) to ally ally's in the area of effect.While using this ability Mercy can't use any of her other ability but she can still move ally also affected by this take 15% reduced damage. Last for 15 seconds Cooldown: 140/120/100 Mana cost: 100/150/200 Quotes when using this ultimate ability: "Nano swarm!" "Mass healing!" "Release!" (Note) When you use this ability it cancels q and w

Skin Idea: Angel Mercy

In this skin Mercy really is a angel she has golden glowing wings her staff is now a mage type staff she has a long dress that has crystals on it she has high heels that are a sliver color her hair turns blonde she has a belt and in the middle of the belt is a small sun her ability's also have a more gold-ish color and the target shins with golden light when she uses her q or w on them.

Explanation:Her kit is like a stay with your ally thing even though it might not look like fun at all if you play right with your ally it would be great fun!Her q and w forces her to stay with her ally is she doesn't want the beam to be broken and you get the most out of it when your fighting a enemy especially with her w her angelic flight can also combo with her q and w jump in heal them or jump in and increase their damage and her first ult kinda forces the enemy team to kill mercy first or else she will just resurrect adc (Okay really that might be too op) you want to make use of your ability's wisely or you will just drain your mana pool.For her difficulty I would say a hard she doesn't really have a build in cc but she can work with her ally to destroy but it will need a great amount of teamwork and skill if you perfect ---Mercy and have good teamwork then you will be unstoppable or at least what I think hehe!
