Nashanel The Sentinel Of The Moon
Before we start I already know im going to get tons of hate and dislike on this champion concept P.S this is kinda inspired
Nashanel The Sentinel Of The Moon Role: I think she should be a support but she can be other roles. Looks: Nashanel is pretty tall she carries a bow made of pure starlight and metal from the moon she wears a dress that's white and has stars on them with a moon in the middle of the dress over her stomach she also has shoulder pads with moonstone in them and she has high heels that are sliver (it dosn't look really look like high heels but I don't know how to explain it) her skin is purpleish blending in with the moonlight and her hair is a bright sliver looking like pure moonlight in style of a fish tail .Her bow should look like this http://zfischerillustrator.deviantart.com/art/Eclipse-bow-design-for-Tyrande-Whisperwind-478381595 (This is not my work so go check out this great artist zfischerillustrator who made this great and awsome bow)
Stats (Okay this is like my first time making stats so i'm going to be really bad at this but I'll try my best..) Hp: 530 (+79) Hp5: 6.88 (+0.68) Mp: 375 (+47) Mp5: 5.7 (+0.6) Ad: 55 (+2.5) As:0.699 (+ 3.5%) Ar:19 (+3.8) Mr:31(+1.00) Ms:345 Range:610 (This might be really op or really bad stats sorry....)
Passive Lunar guidance: If Nashanel hits a enemy with a ability ally's near her gain 15% bonus movement speed and she gains 2% bonus ability power (last for 2 seconds doesn't proc for sentinel mark and stardust) when Nashanel fully ranks up her ultimate starshards/Dark moon starshards 30% damage increase. And people in dark moon area gain 30% bonus movement speed and there next basic attack deals 50% more damage (this might be way op might fix later) also when in Nashanel get's on her diffrent ultimate she gains new ability and some new affects.
(Okay let me explain this a bit my idea about this was the peaceful side and the warrior side of the goddess of the moon she want's to protect her followers but the goddess has to fight she will giving her followers the power of the moon)
Q Divine moonlight: Nashanel heals a target for 40/80/120/160/200 (40% bonus ability power) if Nashanel has starshards on ally Nashanel heal have 6% bonus ability power and attack damage,if Nashanel has dark moon on ally Nashanel heals has 25% bonus movement speed. Mana cost:120/100/80/60/40 Cooldown: 16/12/10/8/6
Okay the idea around this is it not a very good heal as the other healers in the game but it's good enough to sustain if your not taking really heavy damage also another idea around this is you can't depend on this heal since it really weak early on and still pretty weak late game and can't just stay behind your teamates and tossing out this heal it basically makes you do other stuff instead of just tossing out this weak heal.
W: Stardust/Sentinel mark. (When Nashanel has dark moon on she get's the ability stardust) Nashanel sends stardust in the air around her forming orbs of stardust that go clockwise around her sending out stardust pushing back enemy's slowing them for 50% and pushing them back dealing 20/40/60/80/100/120 (50% bonus ability power) mana cost: 100/125/150/175/200 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12.(the range of affect of the orbs sending out stardust is as big as kat w).
(When Nashanel has starshards on she get the ability Stars fury.) Nashanel sends the fury of the stars into a ally champion making their next ability deal bonus 5% damage if they use a auto attack it's deals bonus 3% damage it procs 2 times if it's a targeted ability the damage does 3% bonus damage instead. mana cost:100/125/150/175/200 cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12
Well the idea around this is, well let's say a enemy bot lane is engaging on you and let's say you have dark moon on you could use stardust to escape or use dark moon to ambush them and kill them but lose the ability to use stardust and you now have starshards and sentinel mark it depends on which you want to us this making this a pretty versatile ability just so many ways things could plan out and stars fury is pretty much a dueling skill so let's say you don't have stardust and the enemy bot lane is pretty close to you and they start to engage you can use stars fury and try to win the fight (risky) or use starshards to slow them down and you can use stardust (safer way) or use sentinel mark sharshards combo to try and make them run away (jungler might be in the bush) so many ways to use this ability it might even make this ability the most versatile ability in her kit.
E Starsurge: Nashanel sends a surge of starlight in a straight line dealing 100/150/200/250/300 (60% bonus ability power) (doesn't pass through minons) if Nashanel has starshards on starsurge stuns for 2 seconds,if Nashanel has dark moon on if starsurge hit's a ally it covers them in starlight shielding them for 100/150/200/250/300 (60% ability power) (This ability is as slow as lulu q) Mana cost: 100/150/200/250/300 Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10
The Idea around this ability is pretty much her escape/shield it's pretty simple yet not (wait what) again like her w there many ways to use this ability if you can't hit the stun you can use starshards and instead use it for a shield or if you can hit the stun you can just well hit it well it might not be the most versatile thing in her kit but yeah.....
Okay for the ult the dark moon on thing and starshards on thing might have confused you so let me show you her ult
R: Dark moon/starshards: (when you put a rank in this you start off with Dark moon first since the goddess is in her peaceful state* Nashanel makes darkmoon light appear around her puts Nashanel and any ally around her in stealth the shroud of dark moonlight last for 8 seconds also revels all enemy champion for 3 seconds (this stealth isn't like other stealth it's kinda like a teemo stealth but you can move) the stealth breaks if Nashanel or ally attack enemy champions or minons and if a enemy attacks them after useing this ability it turns into starshards.
Nashanel rain shards of stars to enemy around her dealing 350/550/750 (80% ability power) Total will stop if stunned starshards also slows for 40% Starshards cooldown: 160/120/80. Dark moon cooldown: 100/80/60 When useing dark moon:"The moon hides us in the shadow!", "They won't see what hit them!" When useing starshards "The goddess wrath ascends!" "Burn in the celestial light!"
The idea around this ability is pretty simple acutally dark moon is for ambushing and retreating while starshards is a great zoning and also great teamfight aoe damage but you need to make sure what to use at which time since they don't share a same cooldown you can use them both at once but you might want to wait and use dark moon for somthing else like retreating but if you use it to engage with dark moon then you can use starshards like w it's still many ways to use this ability like if the enemy getting dragon you can use starshards to force them to take alot of damage if they still want to get it and you can prob kill them off if your by them or they will be force to retreat also for zoning you can put yourself in a bush and use it and buy you time as for dark moon it's great for reveling enemy champion seeing if they're going to gank you and you can ambush targets if they're taking dragon/baron.

Skin Idea: Burning sun Nashanel all ability get renamed like instead of stardust it's sundust all of Nashanel ability have a red color and are on fire her skin color is now red-ish while her hair turns a bright red and her bow now has a face of a phoenix her dress now is orange with red little suns and lines her shoulder pads now have sun stones and she now says diffrent quotes with her ultimate when useing bright sun. "The blinding sun blinds them!" "How does this work umm....okay" When useing sunshards "BURN IN THE SUNS FIRE"! "THE LIGHT BURNS YOU!" Special interactions In a battle with Diana: "Our enemy's shall fear the celestial light of the moon!" "We are the twin moons of Runeterra." "The moonlight shall shine upon them!" In a battle with Leona: "Well I never fight with a Solari before." (Leona says Lunari instead of Solari." "Show me what you can do!" "This is like the sun and moon together a eclipse!" Ashe: "Let me show a few tricks trainee" (Ashe says this) "Nice bow I bet the cold doesn't bother you anyway." Soraka: "Can you teach me to shoot stars like that?" "If only I could heal like you." Another skin idea:Druid Nashanel instead of shooting with a bow Nashanel shoots magic as her basic attack looking like a green leaf with two green orbs around it her dress is now a robe that's green and blackish with leaves around it she wears stag horns on her head her shoulder pads are big with branches around it all her ability look diffrent and have diffrent name for example stardust has leaves around it and the orb is green with branches around it and dark moon turns into leaves storm leaves surround Nashanel hiding them and Nashanel starshards is a bunch of flower bombs start raining down Useing leaves storm "We blend into nature" "Nature hides us" Useing rain of flower bombs "Boom boom boom!" It was a peaceful day,in the starfall village you could divine singing coming from the temple of the moon when you heard that you would know that the priestess of the moon would be giving a offering to their goddess a sacred flower born when the two moons of Runeterra are together like brother and sister shinning moonlight that only shines every lunar revel on the flower no one has ever seen the flower except the priestess,it's been said the flower has extraordinary power it's like it flows with the divine light of the goddess,the flower isn't just for looks either it's said it can cure any sickness,make it night time in summer, and infuse a person with the power of the goddess of the moon .
After the priestess gift to the goddess everyone went into there houses and slept the people of starfall village didn't worry about war so they didn't have many warriors but don't be fooled by the priestess name they're skill warriors in both melee combat,ranged combat, and using the power of the moon, many of the priestess trained to become sentinels yet they where never use for war mostly for defending the village and the temple, Nashanel was one of them she was trainee at age 16 she became a priestess when she was 14 but she always wanted to learn how to defend people she mostly trained with a bow and well she was very skilled at it but Nashanel wanted to fight for peace like the rest of her people.
"Amazing she got 100 bull eye in a row!" "Indeed she has improved a lot....I think it's time to finally give her the bow that the goddess herself gave to me, and she said one of the priestess will be chosen to wield this bow made from the goddess herself forged with stardust and moon stone and the goddess power herself."The high priestess Denala tells the other priestess to get the bow on top of the goddess statue. "Are you sure she can wield that bow?" "Maybe you should train her better if you doubt her." They both laugh "Well let go return to the temple." The priestess Denala send out to get the bow returned "Give it to me i'll give it to Nashanel myself." As the town goes to sleep Nashanel get's out of her room and venture through the forest and arrives at starlight hill and looks at the stars for awhile,then she decided to return to the village once she got close enough she saw sentinels fighting "What's going on?"
Nashanel sprints to the village and saw warriors killing her friends,she quickly ran into the temple and grab her bow and quiver she couldn't find her armor and just ignored it."What's going on here?" "Were under attack." As the sentinels quickly charge into battle with there huge throwing stars (glaives) as the other sentinels fire there arrows in the night sky Nashanel knew we would win this battle as her people are at there most powerful state when it's night time in the other side of the village priestess where healing and raining the power of the moon on their foes "Fire their!" The lead sentinel roared,as she begin shooting her arrows she starts to notice that the moonlight was getting dimmer and something else was getting brighter as she looked up in the sky she saw the sun,but she wondered to herself "Why is the sun out it should be midnight?" But then she saw a person carrying a flower dropped from the sun,she quickly aimed her arrow and shot as she saw the man fell after she shot him in the head she feels sadden never ever killing a person she didn't want to fight,but as she look at the sky again the sun was shinning bright as 1,000 stars,
sun beams start raining down from the sky the priestess having there connection with the goddess weaken there healing became weaker and the sentinels started to fall the moon beams where no longer hitting their enemy's she shot as fast as she could,but too soon see that her arrows where just burning away before it even hit her foes where imbued with the power of the sun she started retreating to the temple of the moon,everyone had retreated into the temple the sentinels and priestess holding them off as long as they can Nashanel ran upstairs and saw Denala on floor bleeding she quickly rushed too her
"How are you still alive?" "My connection to the goddess is stronger then anyone else yet I can feel her power fading from me" Denala starts to stand up "We need to get you healed fast!" "With the burning sun in sky.....everyone healing light is starting to fade.I need to give you something" she holds up the bow and the flower of the moon "I want you to take this bow,this bow was made from the goddess herself and this flower born from moonlight from the twin moons." "Why are you giving them to me?" "You are the high priestess now......." As Denala quickly falls to the floor again and dies
.As Nashnale grabs the bow she feels the connection to her goddess stronger as ever she feels her goddess light and love once again and she now know.Three Solari warriors march up the stairs Nashanel looked down and sees all the dead body's from this battle but she calms down a bit seeing that some escaped.As they come closer Nashanel draws the bow from the goddess,as the Solari warriors taunt her "Aww but you don't have your lunar powers anymore little priestess."
annoyed from this she grabs a arrow once it touches the bow it transform into a arrow made from starmetal Nashanel heard of this metal before as it's very beautiful as powerful also very rare,as she prepares to shoot say says "The goddess light might not be as bright when it's day but it's still there!" she shoot the arrow as it goes it's infused with the goddess power stars orbiting around it the Solari warriors raise there shields and imbued them with the sunlight but once the arrow hit there shields the arrow exploded with starlight killing all the Solari guards in the temple
,Nashanel frighten of what she done she did it to protect her people she runs out of the village bring along any other of her kind left behind with her but they get surround and Nashanel cries out for the goddess help and a dark moonlight surrounds them and the make there escape but more come again Nashanel again cries out for the goddess help and starshards start raining down on there foes,they quickly escape as everyone cries for their village they meet up with Diana, Nashanal sense a dark moonlight around her that could never change as shes filled with hatred Nashanel sees her weapon and ask how did she get that "That weapon is a gift from our goddess."
Then Nashanel tells Diana her whole story and Diana says "You should join the Leauge if you want to avenge your sisters." Nashanel agrees but she also says "I will try to shed as least blood as possible." Diana sense Nashanel is hiding her true power of the moon.
"She has a pure moonlight around her as shiny as all the stars in the world,a moonlight I will never see again." -Diana Friends Diana Want's to make her more peaceful.Leona she doesn't want to any of her kind to kill at all.Ashe she want's to be as good as a archer as her. Soraka: Her connection with the stars and her amazing healing power.
Rivals: She hates all Noxus people except Riven she thinks the rest of them are just killing machines with only one goal to kill everything that stand in her path.
