Lissandra need new skins

So I look at Lissandra skin and she doesn't have much so I thought of a skin idea for her and my idea was Sea witch Lissandra.

Q:Lissandra throw a shard of water when it hits a enemy champion it explode into pieces of water shards.

W:Lissandra Sends a explosion of water and the water wraps around the enemy champion.

e:Lissandra sends a wave of water and explosion of water happens were she teleports.

R:Lissandra Covers herself in water and sends out a wave of water.

Well that my skin idea let me know what you think sorry if it doesn't make sense to you >.< and post what new Lissandra skin would you want :D.
