I have a champion concept, I don't know if it is acceptable. He is an assassin using staff which has blade on both end and chain attach in the middle which coil around his arm and carry one long on his back. The play style should be fast and precise, failure would cause dead. He has unknown origin, no one know where he came from all he does is received task, he called himself Feng(锋).
The skills are follow:
passive: he'll gain MS out of combat once he enter he'll gain atk dmg for few seconds
First skill: make next atk more dmg and heal, can be enhance by third skill
Second skill: he'll spin his few seconds reflect part of incoming dmg as true dmg, and right after the activation it is un-cc able(like 0.5s)
Third skill: he'll throw his weapon in the diretion(like horizon throw) and leap forward also do dmg along the line, if it stuck 1st enemy champion will be loot for brief and marked. Marked champion received dmg for 1st skill increase.
Ultimate: since he is and assassin he cannot let his target escape by throwing spear he carried doing a huge dmg can pierce through all unit along its distance(the distance between 1st turret of both sides on mid lane would do)
I also wanted to give skills name but my English skill limited.
